About this property

Two level family home in quiet new development. 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. 2 Minutes from i5, ten minute drive from Ilani casino, multiple wineries, taprooms & breweries within 3 miles. Community features a playground, running trail and basketball court. 24 miles (32 minute drive) from downtown Portland and 23 miles from PDX airport. Ten minute drive from Sleep Country Amplitheater, minutes from Ridgefield wildlife refuge where you can bird watch, kayak the waterways or simply relax.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed, The second bedroom features a full size bed & a twin size bed, and the third bedroom features a full size bed and desk. In addition, we have a twin size rollaway. Depending on your parties desired sleeping arrangements, this property can standardly sleep 8 people assuming two per full size bed. If your party prefers one per full size bed, it would comfortably sleep 6.

We have recently finished the back yard and there is a small patio out back, and we have a ping pong table in the garage that you’re free to use!

We are excited to entertain longer term stays if that is something you're interested in! We offer a washer & dryer and high speed internet making this home a wonderful option if you're working from home/traveling for work.

This is a nice, new, but very minimal home. If you're looking for a new, simple, clean place to rest your head while you visit the casino, hit a concert, or check out some local breweries/wineries then this home would be a great option. We take our cleaning protocol between guests extremely seriously, maintaining at minimum one day between guest departing and arriving, and sanitizing all linens and touch areas. Please review photos, and ask any and all questions that you may have about the home! We are happy to help however we can.

Clean and comfortable

This was a great option while in town for a family event. Much better than squeezing everyone into hotel rooms! House is clean, comfortable, in great condition. Location is easily accessible off the freeway. Queen and full/double beds are in the larger bedrooms, may not be as comfortable for some sharing a bed.

Just what you need

The communication was easy and wonderful prior to and during the stay. While we really didn’t do anything other than sleep there… it had everything you could need and was meticulously clean. Would stay again if we’re in the area.

Great place

This property was perfect for what we wanted. We have family, in the area so it was great for a central meeting point. Within 20 mins of everything we wanted to do. The only downside to this place was the close proximity of the neighbors. It's a very quiet neighborhood despite being so close though. The parking is also tight but very manageable. Overall, we had a great stay, the property manager was awesome and quick to respond to questions.

Perfect place to rent if you are looking for a get away in the area the only thing it was missing was a BBQ. But we made the kitchen work

Just right

I rented this place with a group of friends when we traveled to Vancouver for a wedding. Our stay exceeded expectations! This place is clean and comfortable. It is well laid out for staying with kids, including details like a baby gate at the top of the stairs and a high chair and safety covers over outlets. And there aren’t extra items laying around you have to worry about kids getting into - it’s conveniently minimal while still feeling very homey. Because of the house layout, it was easy for various people with different bedtimes to share the space comfortably. The location is a pleasant, quiet neighborhood (construction wasn’t loud at all). Chelsie was a great communicator and a thoughtful host. You won’t regret staying here!

Perfect for us!

My daughters and I rented this house for a girls weekend. Casino and concert at Ilani. Was great to have a house rather than hotel. Kitchen was stocked well. Bedrooms were comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had a great time.

We love this property because it is so centrally located to so much. Aside from being minutes from Sleep Country Amplitheater and Ilani, there are so many local wineries and taprooms, and Ridgefield is 30 minutes to downtown Portland and just a few hours to either the coast or the mountain.
