Offered is a luxurious one bedroom villa at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas North. Please let me know if you prefer a studio or 2 bedroom villa which are also offered and priced accordingly. The view category, ocean or island is dependent upon availability at the time of booking and the location of the villa is designated at check-in by the resort. Your chances of getting an ocean view are best at 8 months or earlier. The cancellation policy of no refunds can be modified for early bookings.

The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas North is a luxurious Hawaiian rental property located on the oceanfront of Kaanapali beach. All the villas meet Westin's high standard of quality and are professionally managed by Vistana resorts and not by individual owners. This assures that each villa is tastefully designed, furnished and maintained following Westin's high standard of luxury and does not vary from owner to owner.

Each villa has a private lanai surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The villa offers the key amenities of home with added luxurious Westin touches and quality. The bedroom features a king size Westin heavenly bed and a queen sofa/sleeper in the living area. The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped with a glass cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. Dinnerware and pots/pans are provided. Each villa includes a washer and dryer, convenient after a day at the beach. The bathroom features a whirlpool tub and a granite vanity with double sinks. Enjoy the glass-enclosed walk-in Heavenly® Shower, which is accompanied by upscale spa amenities.

Enjoy the conveniences of the resort’s many amenities including a general store and a business center. The resort also offers a variety of recreational activities including several swimming pools, a children’s pool, outdoor spas, lighted tennis courts, outdoor grills and restaurants. Activities and events for both adults and children are offered daily. The ocean is just steps from your villa for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, stand-up paddle and many other water activities.

There is a free shuttle service from the resort with stops at various shopping centers and grocery stores. The Westin Kaanapali takes advantage of all that Maui offers.

You will have many of the privileges of an owner such as complimentary parking, concierge service and free wireless High Speed Internet Access. There are no resort fees but you will be responsible for a daily occupancy tax from the resort at check-out. You will be responsible for any damages to the property during your stay caused by you or your party.
