This newly built chalet in a private and secure residence is ideal for family vacations in Brétignolles-sur-Mer. You will appreciate the calm of the Domain and the proximity to the beaches. The chalet is comfortable and very well equipped: you have internet access, electric heating, air conditioning, an iron. The open kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, two coffee makers (filter and Nespresso) and a toaster. The grounds feature a pleasant 32m2 terrace with garden furniture. You can easily park your vehicle in the dedicated space on the property. In the domain, charging electric vehicles on site is prohibited - risk of general power outage. Charging stations are available in town.
