IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a kitchen, strictly speaking, but a small cooking space (without an oven or stove) integrated into the main room. There's a microwave to heat up your meals and a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. However, you have numerous eating options just outside the apartment, including a cute, cosy cafe just next to the apartment.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Coulée Verte Réné-Dumont is an elevated garden along a former rail line, while the daily Marché d’Aligre sells food and antiques. Elsewhere, narrow streets have chain stores, indie fashion boutiques, and restaurants ranging from wine bars to cool neo-bistros.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
