Beautiful 2 Bed / 2 Bath in Vail Village – Walk to Gondola One or Golden Peak!

Villa Valhalla 12 -- Beautiful Bavarian styled two bedroom, two bathroom condominium in the quiet part of Vail Village. Easily walk to Gondola One, Golden Peak, or any of the shops and restaurants of Vail Village. The unit offers an open-concept fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a spacious living room with a large sectional couch and queen pull-out bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a built-in bunk bed (twin over double) for additional sleeping space. The unit is located on the ground floor with easy entry from the front of the building (no steps and no elevator) into the unit. The unit comes with one free parking space (approximately 20 feet from the front of the building) and a shared laundry area.

After a long day of skiing or riding, guests can enjoy the year round outdoor heated pool (kept at a toasty 100 degrees Fahrenheit in winter time). Take a short walk across the quaint cobble-stoned street to enjoy easy access to the breathtaking Gore Creek.

Awesome Vail Stay!

Booking was super easy and communication with Dan was great. The place is SUPER cute! Pics are spot on! Comfy beds, modern bathrooms and perhaps the best stocked kitchen we've had at a rental in a long time really made our stay. The parking spot and proximity to gondola one/DT Vail were icing on the cake. We cant wait to come back!

Weekend Family Ski Trip

AMAZING!!! We absolutely loved this property and had a fabulous ski weekend at Vail! The condo was clean and comfy and so nicely decorated. The location can’t be beat, it was an easy walk to Gondola 1. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return, and would highly recommend it.

Perfect location in Vail

We had a fantastic Vail getaway. This 2 bedroom condo is in a great location for access to Vail Village and Gondola One. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to stay here again.

Beautifully remodeled condo in an amazing location! Well appointed with everything you would need. We were a family of 5 and there was enough space to comfortably fit all of us. Top level of the bunk bed was a little awkward, but otherwise comfortable. Pool was nice and warm. Would definitely return!

Best Location

Wonderful property to stay at while in Vail. Extraordinarily convenient to gondola one maybe a four or five minute walk. Also convenient to the rest of town. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot right out front. Everything was better than advertised.

Excellent location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Valhalla! Very clean & SO much storage space—especially the ski/snowboard storage area! A lot of room to dry gear between ski sessions. Only things they need is in the kitchen—new microwave (didn’t heat well), a cookie sheet, pair of scissors and pot holders. But THANK YOU for being well-stocked nonetheless! Appreciated the coffee and clean ingredients hand and dish soap! Very thoughtful! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Great location

This is a small, older unit and it is in need of some cosmetic repairs. However, it is easy to overlook these things given the excellent location and price. Gondola One is in easy walking distance. The dedicated parking spot is very close to the building entrance.

Pleasant Stay

Great location, clean. Being seniors, the second bedroom's bunks were hard to get into and out of, as were the raised showers. We were not told the outdoor pool was NOT heated during off-season. Also, when we contacted the owners concerning how to uncover the pool, we got no response, which was disappointing. Nice stay, though!

Great Location in Vail

The unit is quite compact and decently well organized. Its main attribute is that it is in the center of Vail, a very short walk from the pedestrian mall. We stayed in the summer and our family was able to walk to dinner, the pirate ship playground, and the concert venue very easily. Our stay was less-than-ideal because the unit's 29 year old fridge was non-functional during our stay, leading to unplanned chores and food loss. The owners did eventually provide a mini fridge but that took a couple of days to arrange. There is a single space in front of the building for parking; any additional cars will need to use one of Vail's large parking structures and possibly pay. The building does not have a bike rack but we were able to lock our bikes to the fence in front of our parking spot. The laundry room is located next to the unit and contains a coin operated washer and dryer. The pool is shared with another building and I believe their front desk handles pool issues, at least they did for us.

Can’t argue with the location and the unit was functional and clean. Could use a real update as the last one looks to be about 1984. No AC unit which is fairly common in the mountains but the fans weren’t sufficient for our stay

Great location, great host, fell short in one area

All things were great about this rental except the carpet. The carpet had stains and “crunchy” spots. I think the main reason for this is there was not a vacuum or broom anywhere to be found. Recommendation to the renter- if you give your renters the tools to clean, your unit will be better kept. Any sort of dirt or crumbs will remain on the floor your entire stay because there’s no way to clean it up. Aside from this, the location was perfect, hosts responded quickly and were very nice, beds were comfortable, pool was heated and clean, and the condo had great space for my family of 4.

Location is fantastic!

This condo is in a great location to walk downtown, ski, attend music at the ampitheater, hike and bike. It is small and quite dated, but comfortable. I only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because there were stains on the chairs and carpets. I would stay here again.

Lovely condo for family of four. Excellent location in Vail Village. Easy to walk to the Gerald Ford Amphitheater and Betty Ford Gardens. Look across to small park and Gore Creek. Easy walk to restaurants. We loved it, you will too.
