This house is just absolutely beautiful! Upon arrival, our initial walk through had us all at a loss for words. The house is just remarklable! It was spotless clean. The beds were super comfortable. Couch was too according to me son (lol)! Everything you need was provided. Towels, rags, dish soap. Literally everything! Its next to an axe throwing bar which is super cool! But dont let that deteor you, you don't hear the bar at all. Theres no noise or commotion, its all around peaceful! And within walking distance from downtown wilmington and so many attractions. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and safe. Something we arent used to coming from NY. I couldnt recommend this place anymore than I am. 1000 out of 10! So well worth it, especially for the price! Even when we do move down to NC, we will be booking future stays here! The host is incredible. There was a change with the wifi and the hosts communication was immediate and very friendly and polite! If you are coming to NC and the Wilmington area, BOOK HERE!
We enjoyed our time in Wilmington. The house is close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to downtown. The street in front of the house is very busy and loud. The axe throwing business next door is very loud every day of the week. The house is very cute but needs some love and updating. Old furniture, bedding, pillows and rugs.
Well done property in an interesting neighborhood. A power surge overnight knocked out the AC system. It was fixed within hours, even though it was a Sunday.
Decent property. We felt safe and it was conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to visit while in town. The property interior, while being slightly outdated, what very much "rental" style: discolored couch, small rips and tears in linens, multiple burned out lights, oven handle popped off the second you tried to pull it open, water bugs both dead and alive. But the biggest con we had was that the bra/axe throwing place next door was incredibly loud. It ended up keeping our toddler up both weekend evenings due to the loudness of the axes hitting the wall on the other side. Also, something that doesn't normally bother us but just to keep in mind if you have children, is that everything in the house is breakable or glass. We had to move all the dinnerware and decorations out of arms reach because they were stored on lower shelves and the cabinets all had glass fronts. Overall, a good place to stay but probably more appropriate for an older set of folks and not families.
This was a great location for One Tree Hill event attendees. The home was clean and very spacious. The photos do not do it justice. We bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The only downside was the one bathroom but for the location, the comfort and space of the home, we made it work. There were plenty of linens, towels, etc. and response times from the hosts were great! The hosts were the best that I’ve rented from through any lodging site. I would definitely stay here again!
We came in for parents weekend with two dogs and the house was wonderful. Eclectic and bohemian style with good space. Amazing bodega coffee shop nearby and next to Axes and Allies. It is on a Main Street and convenient to downtown. Great fenced in backyard for the pups. Could have used a better coffee maker and kitchen supplies. Had some difficulty with the internet and TV but may have been the storm. Very cozy overall and comfy beds.
The house was on a main street in Wilmington. We were able to walk to downtown and see all the sites. Great location to visit all the local beaches.

Fun, funky stay in upcoming neighborhood
Overall quite comfortable and enjoyable. Small snafu with code getting in but quickly resolved. Bohemian style interior, spacious, with basic amenities. Walking distance of a few great spots including a small market, restaurant and bar. Nice backyard for the dog. A few quirks and small repairs needed, a ‘welcome’ packet and closing list would be helpful, but it suited us and we enjoyed our stay.
