Beautiful home egg a fantastic back yard and pool!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Miami! It was comfortable, safe, easy to come and go, had all the essentials and we were in easy contact with the homeowner at all time which we really appreciated! The back yard was like an oasis, so calm and serine after a long day and our kids loved the bunk beds!

Great Pool Home in West Miami

We loved our weeklong stay at this home Just enough room for all 6 of us. The Florida room is perfectly set up to act as a third BR with it's own private bathroom with shower. The beautiful and private palm tree lined backyard featured a super nice pool, heated perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay, and the property manager/ owner, Yohjans, was exceptionally helpful on all aspects of our vacation to Miami.

A Gem of a house with a wonderful host

This house is clean and provides a wonderful vacation place in Miami. The pool was warm, even during our colder than normal late January stay. Best of all, Johan's was very kind and quick to respond to any need. Highly recommended!

Beautiful VRBO, outstanding host!

Wow, what a great stay; our small group was training for the week with Atlas Air. We picked the place based on location and photos. Let me tell you, the house was stunning, gated, VERY well manicured yard, great pool and patio area. The house would be perfect for a family stay and playing around Miami. Easy access, quiet neighborhood with tennis courts near by. I can’t say enough about the host; he was very responsive, answered a few questions. I’d make this my stay anytime in Miami.

A true home away from home

These were exceptional accommodations. We rented a few homes before but this one was absolutely extraordinary in all respects, the house was furnished and kept up beautifully, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We will be in this area again soon and we hope we will be able to stay at this property again. We would definitely recommend this place to everybody.

Great place to stay close to the airport. Very clean and really close to a lot of restaurants, etc. We had 4 guys there for the race and it was perfect. Great pool.

Thank you Yohjans! We enjoyed staying at your house immensely for the week and a half that we were there! All the amenities you had in your house were all that we needed on top of having an amazing pool for us to enjoy our time there! Our most favorite part was your pool and your backyard area! It is so beautifully laid out and so very comfortable and the pool was amazing warm…. kept at a perfect temp. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and definitely not too far from the airport with many stores within a perfect distance. Thank you for the hospitality, and being readily available for any questions or issues that we may have had. That is so very important! My family loved it, and we would definitely stay there again! We appreciate it even more that you worked with us for the extra two hours we needed before going to the airport. Thanks again Yohjans! JoAnn

Slice of Paradise in Little Havana

My crew and I were looking for a place to stay near LoanDepot park as we came to watch the WBC games. We were lucky to find this location approximately ~5 miles (16 mins) away from the stadium. The location is near a main street (Flagler) but the actual home is situated on a rather quiet residential st. The home is very clean and cozy. We had a group of 4 but could have comfortably slept 6. The home was adequately equipped with all the comforts of home including: washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, sink with filtered drinking water on the side, K-cup coffee maker, electric stove and microwave, and wi-fi. The 2 TV's are smart TV's. There is a charcoal grill available for grilling, although we did not use it. The beautiful, heated, salt water pool of which we spent many hours enjoying. It had it's share of modern amenities with remote controlled blinds throughout the home. The home was near several local restaurants and convenience stores (less 5 min drive). Yohajans was a wonderful host and easily accessible. I reached out to him on several occasions when I had questions and needed clarity on information. I would highly recommend staying at this home and will be considering it for future visits to the MIami area. Please keep in mind, this is Little Havana and speaking SPANISH is not only preferred but praticaly required.

Miami Stay

This was my first time to Miami. I just returned from Mid February through Mid March 2023. The premises were very neat and very clean. The house was pretty much as shown in all the pictures on VRBO. The biggest surprise was the back yard and the swimming pool! My wife and I swam every day. I had 2 brothers visit for a few days, and we all loved the pool. The yard was immaculate and included 2 great umbrellas and a few wrought iron chairs and tables. The patio around the pool was painted white with no-heat paint - meaning even in 90 degree sunshine, the patio did not burn your feet! The covered Florida room had a room for evening snacks great cushioned chairs for comfortable evening conversations. The location is convenient to all the Miami sites. Beaches and restaurants on South Beach are a short drive but traffic can be terrible, depending on the time. Yohjans is a great host and is very responsive. Wonderful Urban Oasis!

We are originally from South Florida and we back in town for Thanksgiving. The property is centrally located in Miami and is easy to find and in a safe neighborhood. It is a classic Spanish home with a well equipped modern kitchen. The pool area has a lovely covered lanai and the landscaping in the back yard is beautiful. In addition to the two bedrooms there are two living rooms each with a couch that converts to a bed. The owner was very helpful. I would highly recommend the property.

Our home is in excellent condition , very well located for someone who wants to visit and experience all that Miami has to offer. The heated pool will keep you entertained if it is raining , as it could happen in Miami many times, or the weather does not allow you to get in the beach. You will be so close to so many other activities, that you will need to be back. Publix supermarket is only 5 min away so can bring home your favorite snack or coffee.
