Nice and cosy summer cottage

The holiday cottage is well equiped. It is situated in a quiet area with beautiful views over the countryside and sea to Calvi. Rooms have been clean. Briefing and support were very good.

10/10 Eine wunderbare Perle

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Beschreibung stimmt sehr gut mit dem Objekt überein. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist nicht gross, da es aber sehr praktisch ausgerüstet ist, haben wir nichts vermisst. Der Garten und die beiden Terrassen sind wirklich sehr schön. Der Blick auf das Meer, Calvi und die Bergen ist einfach aussergewöhnlich. Gekrönt wird die Aussicht am Abend durch die stimmungsvollen Sonnenuntergänge. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch die Lage vom Haus. Es ist sehr ruhig, für das Auto ist ein privater Parkplatz vorhanden und in ungefähr 7 min erreicht man zu Fuss den wunderbaren Strand von Arinella. Neben dem Strand gibt es kleine Felsen mit etlichen Buchten, die auch zum Baden und Schnorcheln einladen. Auch das Dorf Lumio hat uns gut gefallen und mit dem Auto ist Calvi in ungefähr 15 min sehr gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Clotilde verlief sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Sie hat uns stehts ausgezeichnet informiert. Martine hat uns überaus freundlich empfangen und uns alles genau erklärt. Als bei unserer Abreise die Fähren nicht fuhren, haben sie uns sehr geholfen. Dieses Ferienhaus würden wir sicher gerne wieder mieten.

Bon séjour

Bon séjour chez Clotilde. Conforme à la description. Bon accueil de Martine qui nous a présenté la maison et le jardin. Belle vue et environnement calme( un peu voisins dépendants cependant). Bien équipé en cuisine( peut être envisager un grille-pain ?). La plage est très proche et on peut aller à pied en longeant la côte vers différentes plages ( de 10’a 20’ vers sainte Restitude ou vers Pano en a peine 1h). Village de Lumio avec une petite épicerie / journaux./ dépôt de pain.. et bar/ restaurant très sympathique avec très belle vue. Une semaine réussie.

Toller Garten, Super Ausblick

Die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf die Bucht von Calvi. Der Garten ist riesengroß und mit einem Grill und einer kleinen Outdoor Küche ausgestattet. Es gibt auch Eine Außendusche. Man kann gut zu Fuß zum Strand laufen. Im Haus ist alles notwendige da. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider ist das Haus sehr klein, dadurch gibt es im Inneren keinen Platz, um gemeinsam an einem Tisch zu sitzen. Bei schönem Wetter kein Problem. Bei schlechtem war das ein Nachteil. Aber insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. bei

Superbe vue , très bon emplacement

Nous avons rayonné en Balagne, visite des villages splendides, des petites criques. Vue magnifique sur Calvi! Heureusement pas de voisins à droite et à gauche, collés au gîte. Gîte très complet et fonctionnel, décoration soignée, jardin agréable.

Vacances en famille

Super séjour dans maison avec notre fille de 4ans et notre chienne. C’est très agréable de pouvoir aller à la plage à Pied et de pouvoir se balader le long du sentier du littoral. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Calvi et l’île Rousse. Merci pour ces bons souvenirs en Corse dans votre maison.

Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Calvi

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf Calvi. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Der Kontakt zu Clotilde war sehr gut, alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Eine echte Empfehlung.

Location Lumio

Le logement loué est idéalement situé entre L'île Rousse et Calvi. Proximité de la plage de l'Arinella (550 m). Les villages de Balagne (Pigna, Saint Antonino, Zilia, Montegrosso, pour ne citer qu'eux) sont à proximité (20 à 50 min), proximité de la forêt de Bonifato (superbes randonnées à faire). Pour les sportifs, footing vers la pointe de Spano, idéal. L'appart/maison est très propre, très bien agencé et très bien équipé. Rien ne manque. Superbe vue sur la baie de Calvi et des couchers de soleil. On a apprécié le bas du jardin pour les siestes de début d'après-midi dans les fauteuils et bains de soleil mis à disposition. La propriétaire Clotilde est très arrangeante et très disponible. Proximité des terrasses avec les autres appartements, mais la résidence est globalement peu occupée.

Excellent séjour a Lumio

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lumio. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel, très bien équipé, calme, et accueillant tant a l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur du logement,idéal pour un séjour en famille. La localisation est idéale : a qq centaines de mètres de la plage, proche du village de lumio, c'est un lieu idéal pour visiter la région. Merci a Clotilde et Lindsay pour leur accueil. Nous recommandons !

L'endroit idéal pour profiter de la région

Tout d'abord, un très bon contact avec Clotilde, très dispo, nous avons tous les renseignements nécessaires à un bon séjour avant notre arrivée. Un petit mot également pour Lyndsay qui nous a accueillis, très ponctuelle, dispo et sympathique. La maison est très bien équipée, plus que conforme à l'annonce, rien ne manque! Nous étions 4 (2 enfants et 2 adultes) et nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Le jardin est vrai plus, très joli et pratique également pour les retours de plage. La localisation de la maison est parfaite pour découvrir la Balagne : randos, plages de rêve, piscine naturelles, villages perchés... Et le meilleur pour la fin: ces terrasses avec une vue à couper le souffle et des couchers de soleil incroyables! Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons dans cette maison avec grand plaisir et sans aucune hésitation !
