Perfect location and space layout

This property was perfect for my family needs to attend a funeral and have a location for gathering and supporting each other. The rooms were nice decorated and spacious provided privacy. Plentiful room for gathering with friends, equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay in a home…the two full bathrooms was a huge plus. My stay was in the middle of Winter, so we didn’t take advantage of the hot tub…I will have to come back in the Summer or warmer months for that amenity. Every room had its own TV and lots of space on the lower level for family gatherings and fun times.

Gervasi weekend for wedding

This was perfect for our adult family with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoyed watching flag football players next to Hall of Fame.

Could not ask for more

Group of 5 (ages 12 - 74) family members stayed 2 nights for a standard weekend. We were in town to participate in a few races and visited the Hall of Fame. Everything for the events was within walking distance. Both races passed right in front Of the house. We had plenty of space! The hot Tub helped with race recovery, would stay again without hesitation!

Clean house, perfect location for our trip

We stayed one night for a girls trip to Gervasi Vineyards, which was a quick Uber ride away. There was 5 of us, so the house was plenty big, and very tidy. Loved that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in the showers. Our one and only issue was the lock box on the door, which had a dead battery, so we could not use it.

Family reunion

My family really enjoyed this house. It was very spacious and clean. The kids really enjoyed the man cave in the basement. The ping pong table was a bonus. I will recommend this property.

HOF Weekend

Property was just as advertised. Location was even closer than we thought. Enjoyed a long weekend and festivities at the Football Hall of Fame, including parade, induction ceremony and Zac Brown Concert at the Stadium. House was just across the street from the stadium. Truly a couple of minutes leisure walk. Also, many great places to eat within a short drive. Will definitely be back again.

Nice home with plenty of bedrooms. Three recommendations- Trash bags - no extra bags in the kitchen trash can nor in any cabinets. Drawers in the bedrooms are needed. Have to live out of suitcases so it’s difficult. Super dark entrance to the house. It was decorated beautifully and there was plenty of room

Some storage would be good

A few dressers/chest of drawers for storing clothing would have been nice. Better dining room chairs would also be good, but, overall a good stay. (Minor nit: need a new net on the ping pong table.) Didn't have a need to contact property manager, just left a message about a package that was delivered.

Clean and Open Space

The inside of this home has been updated and provides a clean uncluttered open space living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room sofas are very comfortable and provide seating for 6. The dining table also provides ample seating and the kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. The bathrooms have been beautifully updated but unfortunately one of the showers was not working properly during our stay. The property manager was very apologetic and offered a slight reduction in fees. The downstairs rec area is quite nice with a wonderful ping pong table and many games to choose from. If you are headed to the Football Hall of Fame, this is an ideal rental, literally across the street. Also, it is conveniently located to restaurants. The check in lock box continued to be an issue during our entire stay. It was extremely difficult to lock and unlock the door. I am hoping the owner is able to replace this lock because I would definitley rent this house again.

Great Stay!

Property was perfect for the 5 of us during an overnight birthday celebration! It was clean and well-stocked and beautifullyfurnished. The major downside was the hot tub was inoperable and we weren't told this upfront PRIOR to paying for the rental! It was sheer coincidence that I decided on the day OF while packing my bathing suit, to inbox the owner and confirm that we could use the hot tub. Normally I wouldn't nor should I HAVE TO do that, particularly since it's included in the price of the rental and is an attractive selling point. Audrey, (the owner) responded promptly stating she "meant to tell me, etc " Apparently the hot tub wasn't getting hot. It wasn't necessarily a "deal-breaker" and considering it was the day of, where else would we have gone? It simply would've been appropriate to have it removed from the listing until repaired. One final minor (or major) issue is that one of the bedrooms (with the daybed) does not have any curtains which is really odd considering it leads to out to the sunroom and backyard! You literally can't get undressed in there because you're exposed to the world! Lol. Curtains definitely need to be up in that bedroom. All in all, if the hot tub was working and curtains added, we'd DEFINITELY stay here again!
