La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré presents this sumptuous villa located in the heart of Bois-Plage with a heated pool, with 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 8 people.
The villa is ideally located between the Gollandières beach and the town centre of Bois-Plage with its shops.
The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge open to the wooden terrace and the pool.
The open and fully equipped kitchen offers a view of the spacious living area.
Private parking for one vehicle is possible, everything can be done on foot or by bicycle.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed x160 with a private shower room, the room has direct access to the patio.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds x90 with a private shower room
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed x160 with a private shower room
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed x140 with a private shower room
2 independent toilets.
EXTERIORS:
To protect you from the sun, an electric awning is available for you on the terrace.
The house is non-smoking.
The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps of our pools are programmed for heating at 28°. The actual water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases the pool water temperature.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Everything can be done by bike and on foot or almost, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island of 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and flavours, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will give you a welcome guide with good plans and our advice to discover the Île de Ré in the best conditions!
