in a popular residence with swimming pool, direct access to the beach and bicycle storage.

- well-equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, dryer, microwave, top fridge,
hobs..)
- lounge area with a sofa bed, a 90cm sofa bed, television and WIFI
- opening onto a beautiful south-west facing loggia and small side view of the sea
- shower room with washing machine
- separate toilet
Additional costs: Tourist tax/electricity during heating season
Optional services to be paid on site:
* Sale of disposable fabric sheet kit from €12 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases)
* Rental of towels at the price of €6 per person (1 large and 1 small)
