Snow Shoe at its best

Loved the stereo and nice TV. Was nice to chat with folks as they came in and out of the lodge.

Perfect location! Friendly hosts and nice accomodations

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The location can't be beat (my husband and I watched from the window with our warm coffee while our teen boys snowboarded outside). We really liked that there is a ping pong table and pool table outside the door in the lodge. Great for older kids! Mountain Lodge also has a little general store which was great for us since one of the kids left their gloves at home. Very affordably priced! We only had one hiccup with check-in. The people at the parking lot gate did not have record of our reservation so I called the host. After a moment of panic because I did not get an answer the first time, I was able to get in touch with the host and he very graciously fixed the problem right away. The condo is well appointed and we were able to make breakfast the next morning with no problem. The only suggestion I have is to replace the foldout couch bed. It didn't want to stay flat (the far end kept rising off the floor when the kids layed on it). I think it may have come to the end of its lifecycle. Oh and a broom and dust pan would be great. We hate to leave crumbs!

Perfect Location

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. It's a perfect location near the Ballhooter lift and walking distance to the village.

Perfect !

We have been going to the GNCC racing at snow shoe since it began. This room was perfect. It is located right next to an exit which makes it very convenant. Perfect as our family also comes and that makes our room a hub. Only suggestion. We needed a broom and dust pan.

Great Location & Place, Only 1 Hiccup

From the moment booking this place, the owner was great at communication. Making sure our choice in property was what we needed and that we knew everything we needed before traveling to Snowshoe. The close parking and the location near the slopes was great. We did have one hiccup when checking in. While the room was booked through Vrbo, the property owner had not booked it through the condo's system. We were able to get ahold of the owner who quickly corrected the issue and we were able to get into the room. This was done within minutes. Slightly frustrated that the condo management wasn't able to check us in with our information (we had a print out of our reservation) but happy that everything was handled and fixed quickly as it was close to midnight. Overall, a great location and will look to stay again when booking future trips.
