Ideal for vacationers who love nature and sport with the proximity of the lake but also ski slopes and numerous hiking trails. Ground floor: entrance, living room with open kitchen, shower room / wc, access to the private terrace with garden furniture (breathtaking view of the lake and the Sancy mountains). 1st floor: 1 bedroom. 1 bed 160, 1 ch. 3 beds, separate wc.
