Very comfortable and pleasant. Good location.

Great communication with the owner. Easy to deal with. Nice, cozy private apartment which looks newly remodeled. Close to Miami airport.
Quiet neighborhood. In an exciting Latin American area. Very enjoyable. Everyone I met was great!

Fidel was a very friendly host and went out of his way to make sure my stay was as good as it can possible be. Provided basic necessities such as toilet paper, soaps and towels. Always provided advanced notice when needing to enter the property for extermination or other needs and was willing to work around my schedule.
