About this property

This fabulous Windsor Hills 3 bedroom Orlando vacation condominium is located on the first/ground floor. This is the perfect place for you to base your vacation visiting Mickey, Donald, Pluto and all their friends at Walt Disney World - as well as the other attractions like Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, City Walk etc. Situated on a top-of-the-range resort community, you'll enjoy the clubhouse with its amenities, as well as the many available activities.

This Disney area condominium unit boasts a living room with 'over-stuffed' sofa and love seat, occasional tables, lamps, and flat screen televisions in each bedroom and in the living room. The living room opens onto a private screened lanai where you can relax.

Leading off the living room is a dining area that provides combined seating for up to 6 guests, being served from the well equipped and spacious galley kitchen, with range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, plus all utensils, crockery and appliances required for that perfect family meal together. Enjoy making Mickey waffles with our waffle maker.

The master bedroom suite enjoys a queen-size bed, mounted flat screen TV with nightstands, lamps, clock/radio and dresser, plus a generous walk-in closet space. This master bedroom features a private bathroom with toilet, vanity unit, plus a shower.

The second bedroom also enjoys a queen-size bed, with a mounted flat screen TV, night-stands, lamps, clock/radio and dresser, with a large closet space and shares a family-size bathroom with the third bedroom, which is configured to include 2 twin beds, mounted flat screen TV, plus a nightstand and dresser. Finally, the sofa in the living room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper if required. We also have a Pack-n-play available with sheets and mattress pads.

This condominium also provides a double stroller, high-chair, toys and board games for your convenience.

With its impressive entrance and manned gatehouse, you enter to find a delightful sub-tropical landscape surrounding the Windsor Hills resort and club house offering an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this Orlando vacation condominium. You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room, play video games, watch a movie in the movie theater, play ping pong or get a quick bite to eat at the market place.

Love Windsor Hills

The owners were very helpful. The neighborhood is absolutely great. We loved morning walks and afternoons at the pool. Also enjoyed the ease of grocery, food, and Amazon deliveries.

Perfect!

We stayed with our four kids- the condo itself was clean, safe, and exactly what we needed. The pool area is amazing. Arts and crafts daily, a cute little snack bar that is so reasonably priced, water slides…we loved it. Perfect little getaway, all within 20 minutes of all of the parks if you wanted to go.

Great Stay

We would defiantly stay there again. The place was clean, easy to get in and out. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The pool was around 86 and clean. The water slides was colder, kids said around 62 so they didn't use those much. The little store on site was convenient. The local area had all kinds of places to eat and shop. Disney, SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove all close by but the I4 interstate was crazy busy with traffic. No regrets visiting that area.

Highly recommend this place, the property was perfect and the ammenties were great. The resort is only mins from everything you need or want to visit. The host was excellent and easy to get ahold of. Communication was absolutely perfect. Would def book again 5 stars all the way around.

Lovely, affordable place to stay!

Overall, we had a lovely experience. The house set up was perfect for our family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children. Owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. Check in was easy peasy. I’m a reader and pack according to what is listed/posted in the amenities when I travel. While this home had almost everything we needed it did not have a coffee maker! WHAT! It does have a Keireg machine, but I did not buy coffee pods at the store and that was a bit frustrating…. As a Mom waking up early to go to Disney, this girl needed some coffee!! Overall we had a nice stay at this property and would recommend it to others!

Nice facility Good location

Condo in gated community, 1st floor. Convenient location not far from pool, clubhouse. The community has huge pool perfect for children, splash pad with nice water slides. Small convenience store with a grill and ice cream. Prices in store and grill are high but not overly so considering location. Condo is clean with plenty of room, comfortable beds, toys and games for kids. Plenty of towels. There is hand soap, dish detergent, and a few trash bags which do not fit well into the trash can. No hair dryer. There is only a keurig coffee maker, so making pitchers of iced coffee is a project. Dressers in the kids and smaller bedroom are sketchy, with drawers difficult to open, one not working at all. No blackout curtains in bedrooms. Host is very responsive, answering messages quickly. Walmart is close by. Plenty of chain restaurants nearby. 15 minutes to Disney, 30 minutes to Universal. Overall a nice place, excellent value.

Check-In was a breeze. The condo was beautiful, exactly how described and looked in photos. The resort was great! Easy access to everything. About a 15-20 min drive to the parks. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was in a gated community. The area was very quiet. We were on the first floor, so once guests moved in above us, it got a little noisy. We enjoyed the place and would stay again.

Well equipped home with great location

Very easy check in and check out process. Apartment has everything we needed. Would have been useful to know that the coffee machine is a k-cup machine as we had picked up ground coffee before we arrived but that is a small thing!! No problems with parking and a short walk to the communal pool.

Just back from a stay at Windsor hills

Just back from our stay at this Windsor hills condo . Everything was just as described, lots of everything in the kitchen plenty of towels and our 6 year old grandson enjoyed the toys in his room . Only thing that would have made it better would be a broom instead of having to take out the vacuum each time. Would definitely recommend this place.

Good experiencia

I was impressed with the place; very nice and clean. The truth is that in the photos, it looks good, but it is even more beautiful and comfortable to spend time with the family. Also, the location is perfect, close to Walmart and the Disney parks. I recommend this place, and I hope to return soon.

This place has been in our family for over 15 years and when it was up for sale we just couldn't let it go! We have stayed here several times and we absolutely love it! The pool, the water park and the atmosphere just brings back memories of some of the best times we have had as a family. And this close to Disney for the price... it really can't be beat!
