With five adult bedrooms (2 king beds and 3 queen) plus a bonus bedroom featuring a queen, twin and full/twin bunk bed this comfortably sleeps 15. Each bedroom is prettier than the next and four full baths complement the spaces nicely. Several have vaulted ceilings for a dose of drama, and the master has a wall-mounted TV. Custom white cabinets and stainless steel appliances offer a well-stocked kitchen with larger peninsula and table seating in this open concept plan. Dining options extend into the outdoors with a huge terrace off the living room for alfresco dining and another huge patio off the lake with a fire pit for night smores! Accents of rattan, rope, whitewash, and shiplap contribute to the lake vacation state of mind. A huge pier off the large grassy area for swimming in the lake! TONS of lake toys: floaties, intertubes, paddleboards, kayak, skis, wakeboards, knee boards, life jackets, etc. Every type of lawn game you could imagine! Easy to rent a boat from the marina nearby.

RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY
Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 30 days prior to check-in; cancellations made 13 to 21 days prior to check-in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 14 days prior to check-in.

Security deposits are due via credit card upon booking and will be returned within 7-14 days from the date of departure and after verification that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, lost/damaged bikes or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $1,000.00
