Enjoy this pleasant and warm apartment in Les Sables d'Olonne - La Chaume district.
Benefiting from an unobstructed view of the sea and the Saint Nicolas priory, this accommodation 3*** will allow you to get away from it all during your stay.
Quiet, while being close to the main Sablaise activities, this accommodation will delight you with its location.
Come and stay in this one-bedroom apartment, approximately 43m², consisting of:
- a large living room with lounge / living room - sea view
- an open, fully equipped and fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge)
-a bathroom (shower, sink, storage, washing machine)
-a separate WC
-a sea view bedroom with a 140*190cm bed
- an alcove with sleeping in a bunk bed
and to wrap it all up:
- a beautiful balcony enjoying a view of the Atlantic Ocean. You will also see the Saint Nicolas priory, the large pier and the large beach.
- a private parking space (overhead) at the back of the residence
