La Villa de la Clavette : villa with heated pool for up to 6 people
La Centrale of Île de Ré offers this comfortable house with a vast living room/lounge open to the wooden terrace, garden, and heated swimming pool.
The villa is located in a quiet area with the possibility of parking a vehicle in a secure and private garage.
Direct access to cycle paths to Saint-Martin-de-Ré and La Cible beach (accessible in 10 minutes by bike), the centre of La Flotte and paths towards Bois-Plage-en-Ré and La Couarde-sur-Mer.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
A fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room.
Master Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160x200 with a private shower room.
1 independent toilet.
UPSTAIRS:
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140x200
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x200
A shower room with washbasin.
1 independent toilet.
The house is non-smoking.
The pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.
The heat pumps of our pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases pool water temperature.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island of 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival, we will provide you with our welcome kit and a welcome guide with tips and advice to discover Île de Ré in the best conditions!
