Private Beach Villa
Our newly built house is size of 85m2 + 30m2 of terrace. On the upper floor there is a spacious fitted kitchen (35m2) , living room (sofa), TV, air conditioning, a bathroom and a large covered terrace that includes a wooden table (for six people) where you can eat while enjoying the view of the sea. On the lower floor there is a spacious bedroom (38m2), a double bed, sofa bed, air conditioning, bathroom and front lawn (30m2) with a sea view.While lying on the lawn you can enjoy in pine trees fragrances and peaceful view. The house includes two parking spaces in the shade of pine trees.We have a lot of space that can accommodate 4+2 persons. The greatest wealth of this property is the beautiful view of the sea and the beach, which stretches along the coast.The beach is just a few steps away. Can you imagine instead of just washing your face in the morning you can just plunge in the clear blue sea and then sit on the terrace and have breakfast? See you soon!! P.S. Town Omis and Cetina River with its many attractions are only 15 minutes away.

On the upper floor there is a spacious fitted kitchen, with all dishes and cutlery needed, and occupies 35m2 , living room with sofa, TV, air conditioning, a bathroom and a large covered terrace that includes a wooden table (for six people) where you can eat while enjoying the sea view.

Mimice is a typical small Mediterranean place with a mild climate, located at the foot of the slopes of the Dinara Mountain, in the heart of Dalmatia, 11 kilometers away from the town of Omiš and 23 kilometers from the town of Makarska. Mimice is proud of its tourist tradition.
