Beach Front Condo with Breathtaking Views - Summer Dates Booking Fast!!

Our Upscale Condo at Regency Isle is located on the Beautiful White Sandy Beaches in Orange Beach, AL. You will find our condo to be very tastefully professionally decorated with everything you will need for a wonderful family trip to the Beach.

The Living Room opens onto the Large Balcony with the White Sandy Beaches and the Blue-Green waters of the Gulf of Mexico below. This room is furnished with a new comfortable Sectional for watching the HD TV or just relaxing after a Big Day at the Beach.

The dining room is adjacent to the living area and has a Table with seating for 6 and a Breakfast Bar with seating for 4.

There is a fully stocked kitchen which also overlooks the Beautiful View. The kitchen has Granite Counter tops, Large Pantry, and Stainless Appliances. All small appliances are furnished so all you need to bring is your food.

The Master Bedroom which opens onto the Gulf Front Balcony has a Comfortable King Bed, 48 inch TV . This opens into a private Bathroom with Large Walk-in Closet, Double Vanities, Garden Tub, and separate Glass enclosed Shower.

The first Guest Room has a two Queen Beds, 40 inch TV .

The second Guest Room has a Queen Bed, 32 inch TV.

There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

There is a full size washer and dryer.

You will find our condo offers all you need as the Complex has free WiFi, beautifully landscaped outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, and fitness room.

BBQ Grills are located on the East end of the Building.

Great place overall, could use some improvements.
The condo overall was great. We loved having the dining table right by the large windows to look out. All the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with tableware and cookware. Plenty of seating in the living room and liked the seating on the balcony. There were a few things it was lacking. The master bath had no hooks on the back of any doors to be able to hang bath towels,wet bathing suits or a cosmetic bag. Only one towel bar above the large spa tub. The drain in the shower was not secured and loose. The shower in the bedroom with one queen bed never would get more than warm even with it full open.

After staying here, I’m not sure we’ll be able to stay anywhere else without constantly comparing it to this condo. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was more than accommodating for us. We all had our space but were still together too. Our host was friendly and responded to messages quickly. I would & will recommend this condo to friends. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Great Thanksgiving stay
My family of 7 very much enjoyed Thanksgiving week in the condo. Beds were very comfy, we all had plenty of room, and the weather was amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and beaches were not as crowded as other spots. Thanks!

Balcony was strewn with food, large holes in balcony screen, wet bar refrig. not working and filled with MOLD on the inside. TV in the master bedroom not working at all. Host emailed he would send a maintenance man on Tues. We stayed in the condo all day - never showed all week. I sleep by TV - feel a refund is in order. Spoke with cable people who said it was nothing on their end - bad TV. There was a large rusty bicycle on the balcony blocking l/3 of our view. Way too much money for what we got. One friend's bedroom had BLOOD & yellow spots on the pillows. Over $200 cleaning fee for what? We had to start dishes & wash towels. I've never known anyone to be paid that much money for cleaning. Will NEVER stay there again!!! Amenities showed "BOOKS" (plural). There was ONE book on Vietnam PILOTS - not exactly a "BEACH READ". We've paid a considerable less amount of money for 3 BR condos in Panama City, Beach. Also gave us wrong driving directions. Host did not seem to know which direction we were coming from (Tenn.) & gave us wrong turn into property. Went all over 2 parking lots before we went back to Perdido Blvd. & came in lst entrance (not 2nd as HOST told us). Will never stay there again!!

Beautifully updated unit and great floor plan! Gorgeous beachfront view on 12th/top floor. Very timely and responsive communication with owner. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
