This is an amazing home! It is beautiful, comfortable, easy to get to. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and secure but still located close to everything you need. It is like a home away from home. The pool and outside area is amazing! It is an awesome place to have a get together with family, friends, etc. It seems like they have put a lot of thought into what visitors would like and need, and nailed it! They even have a book with suggested local places to go and see. The only think I wish is that we would have planned a longer stay, maybe next year :)

We'll Be Back!

After using VRBO for the 1st time, I don't think we will ever stay in a hotel again. And this home was a great intro to the concept of vacation home rentals. It was affordable, clean and the owner was very responsive. Having our own kitchen, laundry room and pool made our trip with our children so much more enjoyable than a hotel. This home was super kid-friendly and after the kids were in bed, my husband and I could enjoy the sunset, some wine and after dark, the stars were just gorgeous. We noted a few small issues with the pool lighting but after calling the owner, he walked us through getting the lighting turned on. Also, since this was our first trip to a desert, the gal who helps operate the home gave us so many safety tips and places we could take our kids, even though the kids just LOVED being in that pretty pool and spend most of their time swimming. It was a great 4th of July getaway and we can't wait to do it again this year!

Disappointed This house needs a lot of attention

I was apprehensive about renting this house after reading the prior review. I hoped the owner had truly addressed the reasonable concerns. I will start by saying the house is in a nice neighborhood and has a nice outdoor area with pool. Unfortunately that is about all the positives we encountered. During our 30 day stay we had numerous problems as listed....... Garage Door wouldn't open and it took the company three visits and two weeks to figure it out. Garage needs to be cleaned out as it is overpacked with owners belongings. There was no hot water and had to replace the hot water heater.....couldnt they have checked this before we arrived? Kitchen was filthy and we had to clean out fridge and freezer from opened milk and other leftover items. The owner said he left it for us to use. Fridge was freezing foods......stove vent never worked and they needed to fix the dishwasher as it was missing a part to hold detergent. The pots and pans were so old that it was difficult to cook. The pool was murky and it took 3 days to send someone out but still had to pay the full heating bill. We also found out there pool heating system is archaic and a fortune to heat. Management charged us the full deposit amount to heat the pool and when I asked to see the invoice, found out they owed us over $100 which they refunded. The management company is located out of state so made things more difficult to get done. The house has a lot of water damage, windows were filthy and has not been kept up at all. We never felt like it was our home because their kitchen, medicine cabinets and bathroom spaces were so full of their personal products. The master bedroom and bathroom need a major update....awkward tiny shower that you have to step down into and you always knock shower bar down. The mattress and bedding is so old and we had to wash the mattress toppers because they were stained. We had two visits from maids at 90 minutes each but it only touched the surface. They refused to clean the laundry room because the blinds were full of mold and we actually had to have those removed. We. have stayed in a lot of different winter homes and I have never written a negative comment but felt I needed to share my experience on here. I also find it interesting that two glowing reviews showed up a few days after my review was submitted to VRBO and owner of property.

House has so much to offer

We had a terrific time in this very comfortable and all-inclusive home. Lots of wonderful outdoor space, pool, fire pits and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. Neighborhood was a find- very private properties and great location for touring all areas north. House manager was always on call when needed.

Desert Fun

Great quiet spot for a family get together. Markets close by to accommodate self sufficiency at the house. Great outdoor living with the pool, grill and outdoor seating. Enjoyed walking early mornings in the neighbourhood as well. Highly recommend!!

House was really close to grocery stores and other shops which makes life easier. We spent most of our time outside by the pool which was wonderful.

Wonderful area

The house was in a perfect area I love cave creek and Scottsdale so it was easy to get to both places. The outside was wonderful it was quite and I felt very safe and at home. We had some cold weather and the heating system broke but I was fixed right away with no problems. Needs a little update done but I would stay there again. Thanks

Beautiful desert escape

Relaxing stay in this clean, well-equipped home with gorgeous surroundings and views. Great indoor and outdoor spaces, balconies on all sides of the home. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking/riding bikes. Excellent yard - gated and walled, kids and pets can roam. Heated pool was fantastic, outdoor kitchen, firepit, fire table, pool table, tons of seating. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and linens, kitchen with everything you need to really cook. Loved the card table, and indoor gym with treadmill, bike, weights too. Owners/manager get an A++ for getting a minor mechanical issue with the pool fixed on a holiday weekend! Quick to respond, they went above and beyond. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Stay in Desert

My husband and I decided last minute to get away for a long weekend and we found this property. We essentially just wanted to stay somewhere where we could hang out by the pool, grill, and just relax and we definitely feel like that's what we got. This was our first experience with VRBO. The booking process was very quick and easy and we had detailed instructions regarding our stay. We arrived after dark but we were warned about how dark it gets. There were issues with the backyard lights the very first night we were there but the owner was very responsive and had an electrician there within 24 hours to resolve the problem. The house is located in a very nice community (and also conveniently located) and the natural desert landscape is beautiful. The house and pool were clean and had everything we needed. We loved that the property was pet friendly as we brought our dog. The property is fully fenced in which was nice with the dog.

Great pool shelter in place!

The pool was clean and perfect for all of to enjoy and the diving board was a bonus! Kitchen appliances seemed new, clean and all easy to use (we did lots of cooking). Property manager gets an A+ for responsiveness and was easy to work with. A few things that need some TLC- grill area wasn’t cleaned, exterior fans weren’t working, and bedroom lighting/fans only operate manually and not by a main switch. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and vacation! Thank you!

Beautiful desert house

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood with lovely natural landscape and views. Very family friendly, with a great pool and common space. Also, the owners are very responsive and were very nice to make arrangements with.

Thanksgiving in the Desert

Our family gathered in this home for a chilly Thanksgiving holiday. The home is spacious and well laid out with plenty of room for everyone. The entertainment system was easy to use and the couches and furniture in the great room was extremely comfortable for conversation. It was unusually chilly and rainy during our visit so we were not able to enjoy the pool or pool table outside but we would love to come back again when the weather is better because it is a beautiful space. This is a very secluded a private property with wonderful cactuses and mountain vistas in every direction.

Scottsdale Pool Home

Our stay was fantastic, the house was perfect for our short stay. We truly enjoyed the pool and entertainment area with the pool table. The kids were outside most of the trip playing in the pool or playing on the pool table. The main living area was so comfortable it made you feel like you were at home. The only complaint, not to take away from the great place, was the bed in the master bedroom upstairs. The mattress should be replaced soon, but other than that it was a great place to stay and entertain family.

Bringing our trip to its GREATEST potential!

Being someone who knows the hospitality industry well the best experiences for guests are when they feel the most appreciated and taken care of. This experience for us has exceeded these expectations and has given us a reason to continue our future stays with this property. I was impressed with the overall communication and helpfulness as we planned our trip. For our recent trip to Scottsdale, Arizona we took on a business approach. Our main priority while in Scottsdale was to move one of our youngest family members into her college dorm at Arizona State University but very quickly we realized with the amenities, location, and overall property this trip would become not only a perfect spot for the business aspect but an extremely memorable vacation for our family. During our stay we had a group of 8 of us ranging from 53 years old down to our youngest member 13 years old. It’s an obvious YES when asked if each one of us enjoyed our time at this property. With the enormous living spaces in each bedroom as well as the living room we were all able to live very comfortably for our 9 day trip, definitely not something most places can give their guests but this one can. The newly updated spacious kitchen made it easy to make three tasty meals a day. Now to the outdoors, WOW the pool, grill and overall space of the outdoor patio was incredible. To go along with the spacious indoors we also each had plenty of room while outdoors, by the second day we each had “our” perfect sunbathing spot or perfect spot to play catch in the pool. Also while on our trip we were able to experience adventures just a short car ride away while traveling to downtown Phoenix, Arizona State University, and South Mountain to enjoy a beautiful sunset. The location of this property is an added bonus if any travelers do choose to seek adventure while in Arizona many nearby places can give you that. This place has no limits, if you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family fun spot, or for a business trip down in the Phoenix area, this property will TAKE CARE of you, while giving you the most memorable experiences doing it. Definitely recommend this place for all.

Great Value

This was our first experience in using VRBO properties while vacationing. We have been to Scottsdale several times, but were growing tired of the Resort experience. After some hesitation we decided to try renting a private home. There were so many listings to choose from on the web site, but there was something about this specific home that made it seem like the "right choice". Though it was a tad out of our budget, we decided to splurge just a bit to see what a private home would offer. Long story short, we were thrilled. The property was exactly as presented. It was a beautiful home. We were so skeptical to begin with and that disappeared immediately upon arrival. My wife kept commenting how much she felt 'at home', and how welcome we were made to feel. The property manager was very helpful from booking to check out. She was very easy to work with and quickly responded to every question. I was so pleased with the whole experience and our stay, I can't imagine going back to a resort. The privacy and comfort a home offers is worth a little extra money. You know how you go to the pool at a resort and invariably there is some loud group that becomes obnoxious and spoils the fun? Well not here. This home as a wonderful pool and sits on a one acre lot. We used the pool every day and at different times and never heard another voice while outside. The home is nicely secluded. It it in a gated community and your feel ultra safe the whole time! The home offers everything to make your stay comfortable and really made our vacation extra special. It spoiled us for sure! We had a party of 5, two adults and children aged 12-16 with more than enough room to spend time together and then spread out for alone time throughout the house in our own space. Great Service, Lovely Home

We booked a last minute vacation after I realized I had to use my vacation time or loose it. We live in Flagstaff and just wanted a little getaway we could get to by car and really wanted to try out some good golf courses. The Boulders Resort is just up the main street from this home and offers a great course but is very expensive to stay at, plus we heard from friends vacation rentals are the way to go since they offer kitchens and the pools are private. This place delivered. The property manager responded to my email within a few hours and we had it booked the next day after not hearing a response from a lot of the other properties in the area. She was friendly and was always a phone call, text or email away. I was a little worried about the self check in and when our code didn't work at the gate, I called Sara and immediately got into the gate and then the home with no other issues. It worked out great for us. The pool was heated, the home was neat and clean, the big screen TV in the living room was probably my favorite and my wife enjoyed having a kitchen with brand new appliances. Much better than a small hotel room, even if it is a resort. I would much rather have a whole house to ourselves. After a nice stay like ours, when Sara asked us for a review, I was more than happy to help. Such nice people to work with and a nice home to stay in!

Relaxing vacation!

This was by far one of the most relaxing gir'ls weekends I have ever had. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house was more than I could expect. It was very clean and the pool was amazing. Sara was very easy to work with and super helpful in planning our vacation. I love the binder that has ideas of things to do with addresses and phone numbers. My friends and I are planning to return this summer and have heard of the upgrades that were made to the home. We can't wait to go back!

Great Holiday

We planned a pre-Thanksgiving to spend with my parents in Arizona before the craziness of the holidays set in. The home provided all we needed to have our holiday there as a family. The kitchen had everything we needed, except the turkey ;) Our beds were comfortable and the family room was big enough for everyone to be comfortable. There were some great card games at the card table and a family billards tournament, all adding to the great atmosphere of the whole trip. Truly a good time for my family and we plan on returning this year!

beautiful home.. goregous views... secure neighborhood

First and foremost had a wonderful stay... the owners have everything in tip top order.. in the home itself... complete with a binder w anything one can need or want... the home itself is amazing... clean.. modern.. spacious.. secure... the views are to die for... the pool and yard is a great place for entertainment. .. location is key... home is close to so many wonderful places... i didnt find one thing i would complain about.. i couldnt be happier w my stay and will return in the future...

Perfect girls weekend!

An overdue girls weekend was much needed, and we found the PERFECT place to enjoy it! The home is beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed. I loved all the different areas to sit and enjoy. From the super comfy living room to chat with friends, or sitting around the table playing cards. The views? WOW. I mean sunset on one balcony and a sunrise on the other. Pool, grill... this house has everything for a great get away! Can't wait to go back again!

We are a family-owned & operated Vacation Rental business with homes in Indio-Palm Springs, CA and Scottsdale, AZ.

We decided to invest into the Vacation Home Rental business because as our family expanded, hotel rooms seemed to get smaller and smaller. Vacation laundry piled up and our kids just did not have the room to be, well, kids. Our vacation home in Scottsdale, AZ became our vacation of choice. And as parents, we wanted to offer that same experience to other families!

It also dawned on us that groups, such as golf foursomes, girls/guys weekends, etc. would also enjoy staying in a HOME rather than the expense of multiple hotel rooms.

Vacation Rental Homes are ALL AROUND way to vacation in our book!

North Scottsdale is GORGEOUS. The stars are out at night, the daytime views of the mountains are breathtaking and there is a TON of things to do for everyone within a short drive. We are surrounded by some of the world's best golf courses, shopping and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This home is very special to our family. It's an entertaining home because it's so large and spacious. But it also offers a feeling of coziness, with a warm fire in the winter and a cool oasis with a pool in the summer. The outdoor entertainment is TOPS! We offer a large pool, grill station and bar and billards. We just like to have our friends over, turn on the music and enjoy everything that this home has to offer.
