LA BAULE

L'endroit est très bien située, proche de la mer et commerce à pied. L'appartement est très équipé! Le gardien est très accueillant et serviable.

Séjour à la mer

Très bon séjour dans cette petite maison très bien située (adresse sur Guérande mais très proche de la Baule Escoublac). Très bon accueil avec le gardien, très aimable et serviable. Attention !! nous avons du acheter du linge de lit car nous pensions (à tort) que le linge était prévu. Une notice pour le four aurait été appréciée. Le store banne commence à fatiguer. Malgré cela.....tout s'est fort bien passé ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans votre résidence très agréable.

Excellent emplacement dans résidence sécurisée proche restaurants et plages

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec une dédicace spéciale à Didier , le gardien toujours disponible. Résidence sécurisée avec piscine chauffée ( précision : ouverture le 01/06) Maison très propre et fonctionnelle. Bien équipée ( barbecue , transats , store, joli jardinet , lave linge et tout l’équipement complet de cuisine Bonne literie . Expo Sud ouest dans jardinet clos et sans vis à vis

Location maison Guerande

Emplacement sympa proche des commodité, le seul bémol pas un seul rangement pour les vêtements, nous avons été obligé de laisser les vêtements dans les valises. Pas de tapis de bain. Concernant l’accueil rien à dire, la personne est très agréable et toujours présente. Piscine très propre et assez grande. Escalier très raide.

NIcht sehr großes, aber nettes Feriendomizil

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage, der Strand von La Baule ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Räumen (Erdgeschoss/1. Etage), wobei das Schlafzimmer in der 1. Etage sehr klein ist und nicht über "normale" Schränke verfügt, wie man das aus Deutschland kennt, sondern über alternative Stauräume. (Eventuell muss man etwas improvisieren.) Das Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche ist ebenfalls nicht sehr groß, aber insgesamt passend und gut ausgestattet. Am meisten haben wir die Terasse genossen, die einen kleinen abgeschlossenen Garten darstellt. Glücklicherweise war das Wetter immer so, dass man draußen essen konnte, wobei uns meistens ein kleines Rotkehlchen Gesellschaft leistete. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich auch ein schöner neuer Elektrogrill, den wir allerdings nicht benutzt haben, weil wir draußen keinen Stromanschluss dafür gefunden haben. Der für alle Bewohner der Ferienanlage zur Verfügung stehende Pool ist recht groß, schön gelegen und sauber. In der Gegend kann man sehr viele Unternehmungen durchführen: Strandbesuche, Fahrradfahren, Küstenwanderungen, Besichtigungen (historische Altstadt von Guérande, die Salinen, Le Croisic + Aquarium), la Brière etc ...). Am Abend lohnt sich bei schönem Wetter ein Spaziergang ins Stadtzentrum von Le Pouliguen. Insgesamt gesehen haben wir die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Idéalement placé, dans une résidence calme à cette période . A la limite de la Baule et du Pouliguen et plus loin de Guerande (malgré l'adresse). Bien pour 2 personnes s'il fait beau et bien équipé . Avec vélo, au top ! Gardien très sympathique.

Résidence de vacances charmante et calme. Le contact avec les résidents permanents a été très agréable. Le seul petit bémol est qu'il n'y a pas d'ombre à la piscine et il faut amener son siège ou transat pliant pour être installé plus confortablement. Mais, on a réussi à s'adapter. Les enfants en ont bien profité !

Très bonne adresse

Maisonnette très sympa dans un complexe arboré et propre, doté d'une belle et grande piscine. La maison est très agréable confortable et le jardin est superbe, transats, table, parasol mécanique. On s'y sent comme chez nous. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Nous y reviendrons, c'est sûr.

Agréable séjour

Notre séjour a été très agréable. La location est conforme. Seule la douche nécessiterait une rénovation. La résidence est très calme, un peu de marche pour accéder aux commerces et restaurants, c'était parfait. Le gardien est accueillant et à l'écoute.

Résidence très agréable

Résidence au calme, situé dans un très beau cadre, proche de La Baule, Pornic, Piriac , idéalement situé pour les visites . Le gardien et sa femme très accueillant et sympathique , nous avons été très bien reçu. La maison conforme à l'annonce , nous nous y sommes senti comme chez nous. Les lieux sont très propres tant intérieur qu'extérieur. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir . Nous avons apprécié la piscine qui au vu des chaleurs a été agréable pour se rafraichir .
