Linens, towels, beach chairs are provided, gas grill/griddle for outdoor cooking. Cable and Internet included streaming TVs in living room and bedrooms. Located in friendly and well maintained 55 and older community centrally located near Malls, Beaches, Bike paths, and Dinning, Tenant must be at least 55 years old to rent.

We enjoyed our stay in Largo. The unit had a very nice covered porch for relaxing. Although not a deal breaker by any means, the bathroom And shower are extremely small and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Monthly Snowbird Rental
Single-wide mobile home. Older model, but very clean and well stocked with everything needed. Closed in sun room and lovely porch to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Friendly neighbors and lots of activities. Beautiful heated pool. Short drive to the beach. Owner very accessible and cooperative. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again.

General condition
Disappointed to find the poor condition of the unit not up to a standard as advertised had we had means. Of finance we would have moved out that day I sent a message to the. Owner on our arrival advising her of my dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the two days cleaning which I had to carry out plus materials ringtones purchased needs to be updated and gutted out the smell of old furniture is disgusting I would advise you to view the premises for future ref glad to be out of that pit I made sure it was totally cleaned properly on day of departure and now sanitised

Roulotte un peu vieillotte mais très propre et cuisinette hyper bien équipée et belle grande galerie couverte. les plafonds sont bas pour les 6 pieds, il faut s’y habituer mais pour moi ce fut parfait. Bonne communication avec Renée la propriétaire très accueillante.,yankee trailer park très bien situé à 25 minutes de Clearwater,de Tampa et de St Pete,belle entrée fleurie,belle biscine et spa propres et douches coummunales propres également.La roulotte de Renée est bien situé dans le Yankee park car très éloignée de la route principale très achalandée. nous y avons passé un beau deux mois.

Friendly and Clean
Beautiful park in a convenient location. The private park model home is older but very clean and inviting. It has EVERYTHING stocked for your vacation pleasure, from beach chairs to the blender for your fun drinks. I stayed for 3 months and loved every minute.
