This recently renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath Cottage has new appliances, beautiful antique pine floors, ship lap pine ceilings, solid pine doors, a screened porch, plenty of parking (4 cars), and a small yard. It is on the parade route for Mardi Gras! You are walking distance to all the best eats and drinks in Fairhope! Golf cart rentals available nearby, as well as bike rentals!

Great Rental
The location is perfect - you can walk to everything - shops, restaurants and attractions! The property itself was comfortable and immaculately clean. The hosts were attentive and ensured everything was in top condition and we enjoyed the coffee beans they left for us! I highly recommend this property for a convenient, comfortable stay in beautiful Fairhope.

This home is ideally located near downtown. Interior is tastefully furnished and has wonderful outdoor areas. Enjoyed sitting outside listening to live music from near by venue. Excellent communication with owners. Will be back.

Fantastic house & location!!
This is a perfect house if you plan on exploring Fairhope on foot. It is an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, & the Fairhope pier. Aaron was in constant communication with us about our stay. I would definitely recommend this property!

We loved everything about this cottage except for the tub/shower. I'm short and accident prone and it was hard for me to get into the shower. Had to sit on edge of tub and swing my legs around to stand in shower. Especially hard when wet and slippery. Other than that it was perfect!!!!

Just Like Home
The home was the perfect size for a family of 6 and a great location. In the middle of downtown Fairhope where you could walk to dine, shop, listen to music. The beds were comfortable, great amenities. A tv in every bedroom, very roomy bathroom, kitchen well stocked nice outdoor grass area for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

BEST place to stay in Fairhope
We have family in Fairhope and have been visiting this special place for decades. With the passing of my parents the return visits have been difficult. Finding this special home in such a fantastic location with such gracious hosts made the trip easy, comfortable and healing. I will be back soon and often. Owners have thought of everything and I am grateful they will share their cottage with others.

We love downtown Fairhope. This home is walking distance to everything we love in Fairhope especially coffee shops, the parks, and all the shopping.

What makes this property unique

We are one of the few places you can rent in downtown Fairhope that you can easily walk to all the attractions. Also doesn't hurt to not have to worry about parking!
