Located in the Somerset complex this 9th floor unit has stunning Marco beach views. With western exposure giving you fantastic nightly sunsets. The balcony is private on both ends with privacy walls. The Somerset complex is luxury at its finest. Central beach front location allows for easy walking to some of Marcos best restaurants, bars, shopping, water sports, and other near by activities. The Somerset complex offers two heated salt water pools, two out door charcoal grilling areas, pickleball and tennis courts, as well as, private beach access through its board walks. Newly added gym and remodeled lobby area. The unit itself is ready for you and your family to enjoy Marco Island!

Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Beautiful place

I know I’m late to this post but stayed last June and loved it. The home was great, just wished that the guest bedroom was more private and not have the glass doors so that people can see in.

Second time here and still love it!

This is our second time staying in this condo. It's very comfortable and has all you could need. The owner is in contact prior to arrival to be sure you have access to the condo and is available during your stay if you need anything. The Somerset is in a great location and is walking distance to several restaurants. Most importantly, you can't beat the view of the Gulf and the Marco sunsets! We plan to return!

Oceanfront Delight

Charming ocean decor, well stocked kitchen, Very clean , spacious oceanfront 9th floor unit. We could hear the waves nightly, from master suite. Patio was great for outdoor dinning as well as just relaxing. With a panoramic Gulf View. It was a lovely energy reset for us. Looking forward to our next stay.

Good Location

Getting past the gate upon arrival was difficult, luckily another guest/owner opened the gate for us. I loved the reserved parking space in the covered garage. Be sure to note that upon arrival you should unload your luggage at the front door, park your car in the reserved spot or on the upper deck. Luggage valet and shopping carts are located on the lower level to assist with transporting your luggage to your unit. The elevators are NOT in the lobby but outside. Our unit was in the center of the building with full ocean view. Most of the unit was remodeled and enjoyable. The master bathroom shower was not updated. The shower floor had a few cracked tiles and was very slippery. The bedroom could use a chair as well as a stool or two under the vanity. Both bedrooms need a luggage valet so you don’t have to put filthy luggage on the bed or the floor. The second bedroom needed curtain coverings on the French doors for more privacy as well as new vertical blinds. It felt like a fishbowl in the bedroom. And it was lacking a night stand between the beds. Building location was wonderful. Very walkable to multiple restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this property and will return in the winter.

Great location but would not stay at this condo again

We visit Marco Island 3 times a year. It was a great location but shower doors would not close,mold around shower trim, kitchen plates are chipped. Would not recommend.

First time to Marco

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo at the Somerset complex. The condo itself is classy but relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the selection of cookware was just right for us. We truly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from this 9th floor condo and greatly appreciate the assortment of beach chairs and other provided beach accessories. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and also provided us with a list of recommended restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

Great beachfront condo

Very nice condo unit. Great location near many restaurants and things to do. Great sunset views and beachfront location. Beach area was never crowded and far enough away from the loud busy beach resorts. Unit was very nicely furnished and in great condition. The master bathroom was the only room that was not updated and was showing some wear. A selection of games and cards would be nice to have for rainy days. But otherwise it is a great stay.

March 2023 Stay

We have stayed at the property for the past 8 years and love the facility and location. The condo was very nice and was accurately portrayed on the site. Kurt and Katalina, the property managers. were awesome to deal with, but we have had them before and they always out perform. Two items of suggestions, the owner may want to invest in sheets for all beds that actually stay on. Despite every effort made, each morning the sheets would fall off the corners and you find yourself on the mattress covers. Not a fun way to wake up each morning. Also, while we can appreciate renter v. owner items, the renter knife set needs to be replaced. The knives are dull and rusted.

Beautifully renovated - perfect vacation!

Condo has been beautifully renovated/updated - loved our stay here. Everything is comfortable, and the condo is well stocked with whatever you might need. The view is the best in the world, and the Marco Island sunsets are right there for you to watch. Owners were very easy to communicate with, and even had to make a run over when we locked keys accidentally in the storage locker! Looking forward to the next stay!

Surpassed our expectations

The unit was clean, decorated nicely, well furnished with all linens, beach towels, and dishes. The furniture was comfortable, as were the beds. The unit is update, however the carpet could be replaced but did not affect our stay. The property manager/contact Katalina, was very helpful. She texted three days prior to arrival with instructions, and again on the day of arrival to check on our time of arrival. We arrived and the security guard had already left for the day, so I called Katalina on a Friday evening; she answered and was able to remotely let us in. Love that type of customer service! If I were to vacation in Marco Island in the future, I would stay in this unit again.

The VIEW!!!!

The view....the view!!! It is nothing short of spectacular. Kurt is a great host, very easy to communicate with and so pleasant. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked.

Walked in to see carpet that had several stains all over it. Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms but the living. Room furniture and dirty carpet throughout is an eye sore. The view is amazing. The property is beautiful.

Great vacation week

We had a great time in this unit. The location was perfect. There are a few upgrades that could be done (like new carpet and larger TV’s - March Madness!) But overall it was great and had almost everything we would have wanted!!

Perfect from the first view of the ocean

Great view and location.

Unfortunately unit was dated, dingy towels and linens, Rugs need replacement. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. I need to say agent Katalina was very good and immediately responded to our needs.
