Ground floor: vestibule/cloakroom and shared laundry room.
Upstairs: bright living room with large bay window opening onto a 6 m² loggia overlooking the garden and offering a view of the ocean. Fitted kitchen open to the living room with a comfortable sofa bed (two 80x200cm twin trundle beds) and a Japanese bathroom/toilet.
Additional amenities: baby bed/high chair.
Included: electricity, electric heating, sheets, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Not included: towels and tourist tax.
Pets welcome (€10/night). Entry with a representative AND/OR independent access with a key box

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved prior to your arrival:
