Close to popular 85th Street beach which has a gazebo and restrooms. 1st level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. 1 Bedroom has a Queen and the other has 1-Bunk and 1-Twin. 2nd level has the "great room with a sunken living room and a large furnished deck for entertaining, washer/dryer and another bedroom with a Queen and bath. 3rd level has a HUGE Master Suite with a King and deck.
