Fully equipped apartment on the 9th floor of a beautiful recent building with elevator. It will bring you all the necessary comfort during your stay.

This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, it is composed :
- A large and luminous living room open on a large balcony terrace
- A bathroom
- A bedroom with adjoining shower room (double bed 160*200)
- An equipped room open on a balcony (double bed 160*200)
- A children's room (two single bunk beds 90*190)

The accommodation also has a private double garage.

You will benefit from the apartment in its entirety and will be free to use all the equipment: unlimited internet, television, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer and many others...

The accommodation is located in a quiet and residential area. It will allow you to access in 20 minutes to the Presqu'Île or to the Part-Dieu train station (public transportation).

The cleaning fee includes the cleaning at your arrival and after your departure, but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.

Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay.

We will ask you to show the corresponding ID for your reservation when you receive the keys. In case of independent arrival, we ask you to send a photo of your ID.

Arrival times are between 5pm and 8pm. Outside of these hours and subject to availability, a surcharge will be requested:
- 2pm to 5pm: 20€.
- 8pm to 11pm: 20€.
No reception after 11pm will be made.
On your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
You will be charged a second cleaning fee if you do not respect the departure time limit.
