Best place to stay in Paris for first time visit
Ideal for first-time visitors to Paris! This cannot be understated. All the necessary conveniences throughout our stay were just steps away and a large portion of the attractions for first time visitors to the city were no more than an enjoyable walk through some amazing neighborhoods. The metro is a five-minute walk across the Pont Petit. If you have a vision as to what Paris is like, a stay here will meet or exceed your expectations. The property was immaculately clean and the provided amenities – coffee, snacks, drinks, games, charging cables, umbrellas – were a welcomed surprise. The top bunk could get warm, but the provided fans more than compensated. The pull-out sofa was comfortable. Linens, pillows, and comforters were clean, as were the hand and bath towels. The separate water-closet from the shower and sink was convenient for our large family. All are very modern and in great working order. The property is however located on the fourth floor of the building and only accessible up rather steep, narrow stairs. I would not recommend for those who cannot manage long, narrow steps, especially with suitcases. Security was great. The stairs up to the flat are only accessible once you are in the private, security-code-accessed courtyard. The police motorcycle squad is across the street, with police always outside and vigilant. There is a small market steps away and four cafes within ten seconds of leaving the property. We would stay here again, no question about it.
