Annual Motorcycle Trip
We are a group of successful business owners who get together yearly for a motorcycle trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains. I have been making the arrangements for numerous years. We like to stay in comfortable, older homes and support people like us.
This house is disgusting! It's not clean, it's unsafe, and the owner/manager is voatile.
1) The main door's keypad did not lock when we left for our ride.
2) There were at least 5 wasp nests and 2 people were literally attacked when they stepped out onto the back deck, resulting in 13 wasp stings!
3) The table, floors, windows, bed sheets and bed spreads were disgustingly dirty.
4) The wifi did not work, when we looked at the modem, the line was rigged together with black electrical tape. No one was able to connect.
I reached out to the number that was given me as a contact and started to explain about the door lock and the bees, the man stopped me and said he would call me right back. He did not, so I texted him asking for a callback. No call that night. The following morning I texted him again and he did call back right away. At this point I was frustrated, I ticked off what was going on. He started yelling at me, accusing me of wanting to sleep in his house for free, of being a thief and trying to steal from him, he is a hard-working, peaceful man and it is people like me who are worthless and he hung up. Never addressed any issues.
We bought wasp spray, couldn't lock up our belongings, and cleaned.
