FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL....5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom Bonus room model on the highly desired 75th Street. 1st Floor will have a queen bedroom, bonus room (queen sofa bed) and full bathroom. 2nd Floor has the great room (living room, kitchen and dinning room) 1/2 bath and a King Bed Master Suite bedroom with a private bathroom. Enjoy a large covered deck off the living with ocean views. The 3rd floor has 3 more bedrooms. A King Master Suite with private deck and bathroom. The middle bedroom will have have a full size bunk bed with a trundle sleeping 5 and back bedroom will have a Queen Bed as well as a Twin bed with a trundle underneath it sleeping 4) There is another full hall bathroom too. This home is a Friday to Friday rental....avoid all the Saturday traffic!
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
