Conveniently located in The Glades golf community. 30 day minimum reservation. Fabulous first floor end unit in the bundled Golf & Tennis Community. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,250 square feet pristine condo is just steps to the golf clubhouse, restaurant and main pool. There are many upgrades with impeccably designed beach decor and furnishings. Tile flooring throughout. King size bed in master bedroom and queen size bed in second bedroom, living room has a pull-out sofa. Fully furnished and equipped with new linens, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella, kitchenware. The large screened in lanai and patio overlook the golf course. Wifi, cable, washer & dryer. Outdoor locked storage space. Tenants can play golf for a nominal greens fee. Only a 10 minute drive (less than 4 miles) to downtown Naples all its shopping, restaurants and white sand beaches. The HOA requires 21 days to review all rental applications.
