THE CABIN:
Downstairs is the main living room with a couch, loveseat and two oversized sofa chairs. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably, with two extra seats at the stone kitchen counter. The kitchen includes new high end appliances, cookware and utensils for all of your cooking needs. The downstairs master bedroom includes a California King bed with a private half bath with shower. Upstairs is a small play nook for children at the top of the stairs. Two bedrooms more bedrooms upstairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen size bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds.
THE DOCK:
The dock is roughly 100 yards from the cabin. Take the paved path adjacent to the property directly to the lake. Walk down the path to the cement sidewalk in between the white and blue houses. At the end of the sidewalk, take the railing stairs down to the sand and to the dock. The property has an easement to access the dock and our neighbors are aware of the easement. Kayaks are available for guest use, just make sure to sign the waiver and wear a life vest. The dock is not in the lake during the winter months.

There are NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOME. We take your privacy seriously and we do not monitor the camera when we know guests are on the premise. The cameras are only monitored when the home is vacant.
SNOW REMOVAL:
Snow removal from the driveway will be arranged before your arrival, but you might have to shovel around your spot if you arrive after the plowing and it has been snowing. We will provide now shovels in case of this happening. Effective November 1 of each year through the winter, all drivers are required to maintain chains in their vehicle. Please make sure to check the weather and bring chains with you. No refunds are given due to snow conditions.
FIRE RESTRICTIONS:
Make sure to check fire restrictions for Big Bear Lake and San Bernardino County before having any outdoor fires of any kind.
Guests have access to the entire cabin, yard, dock and kayaks.
NOTE:
This property is operated through a license granted by the city of Big Bear Lake. The additional 11% tax is remitted to the City of Big Bear Lake, 8% transcient occupancy tax and 3% Big Bear Lake Tourism Business Improvement District.
