- 20 minutes by car to the long, magnificent Mont Choisy beach, where you can enjoy a range of water sports and a number of little ‘cahutes’ (shacks) for eating out, and a little further on to Trou aux Biches.

🚗 CAR OR BUS ?
To discover the Island and make the most of your holiday without constraints, car hire is recommended.
However, to get around in other ways, a bus stop is right at the foot of the residence and taxis pass in front of it all day long (few taxis work in the evening and at night / No buses run in the late evening and at night).
OTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE
* Car hire is recommended for your independence and freedom of movement.
* Bed linen, towels and pool towels provided - Excluding beach towels.
* A full housekeeping service is provided every 7 nights or so (cleaning + change of towels and sheets).
* Cleaning on departure is included in the price. However, please leave the accommodation in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.
* Apartment not equipped or secured for children: they are your sole responsibility.
* Smoking only outside.
* We can help you book transfers and/or car hire.
* If you arrive on an early morning flight or leave on a late flight, we recommend that you book an extra night for your comfort. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you outside check-in and check-out times.
INTERNAL RULES
To ensure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible, please read the house rules before booking:
1/ Obligation to occupy the premises personally and to live in them responsibly, as a ‘bon-père de famille’.
2/ No extra people or pets.
3/ The accommodation must be left clean and tidy.
4/ Any breakage, loss or damage must be reported to us immediately and must be replaced at your expense before your departure.
5/ Welcome products: on arrival, you will be given a few welcome products to get your stay off to a good start. It is then up to you to buy what you need: toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, bin liners, etc.
6/ Pests: because of the tropical climate, some pests (insects and others) may be present.
7/ Personal belongings: once you have the keys, it is your responsibility to ensure that all openings (windows, bay windows and front door) are locked when you leave the accommodation. The Owner cannot be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or theft during your stay.
8/ Communal swimming pool: no alarm or barrier. You will be solely responsible in the event of personal injury or negligence or lack of supervision on your part.
9/ You may not object to a visit to the premises if we ask you to do so.
10/ On arrival, we will check the person's identity (passport) to ensure that it is the same person who made the booking.
11/ In the event of early termination of the stay by the Tenant, no refund will be made.
12/ The rules of life of the co-ownership must be respected.
