My sisters, mother and I celebrated my mother’s birthday. We absolutely adored the house. It is adorable! We walked to all of be cute shops and restaurants. The house had everything needed. We loved all of the interior details and especially enjoyed our porch time. We loved it so much mom wants us to book again!
Cheers to Ashley, what a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Beaufort. Close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. Unpack your bags and enjoy! Thank you for being a great host!
We enjoyed the house and location. We stay downtown during the Annual Water Festival to make it easy on us as we are a part of the planning team. We enjoyed ease of check-in and check-out. The house is chic and eclectic which is perfect for my taste. Thank you for having us! We recommended this house to friends for next Festival!
We were within walking distance to most all our wedding functions for the weekend. The house met all our needs as a family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our group. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The location was perfect for the wedding and reception and convenient to shopping and restaurants.
My family and I loved our stay at this small but very comfortable home. It’s within walking distance of the beautiful historic downtown waterfront. We didn’t have to use our car the entire time we were there! Other reviewers have noted this, but it is worth knowing that there is no formal kitchen in this house. We planned ahead and only brought essentials, and ate out other meals, except breakfast. It was very easy! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We would definitely come back and stay here!
First, the location of the property was ideal. The street was quiet, but vibrant Bay Street is just a block away. The house was extremely clean and well-equipped. We loved that both floors had living spaces and mini kitchens. The porches were peaceful for morning coffee or evening refreshments.
The temperature in the house was comfortable, and the upstairs bed (where I slept) was amazingly comfortable. Loved sitting on the front porch and watching the people walk by. We were so close to Bay Street and all the shops and restaurants. Parked the car once, and walked to everything within 5 minutes. Ashley's place is not furnished or decorated like many of the VRBO's we've stayed in the past, so if you are looking for fine linens and draperies and accessories, you won't find them. But you will find a very clean, convenient to downtown location and the bare necessities -- which is all we needed!
We had a great stay at this adorable property when in town for my uncle's wedding weekend. It was convenient to everything - downtown Beaufort is so walkable and quaint! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. The kitchenettes (one per floor) were small but very well stocked. We didn't eat in because there were so many great restaurants close by!
We had a nice little 'girls trip' (mom/daughter/grandma/aunt). It was the perfect home for the 4 of us. The top and bottom level are mirrors of each other, and we had everything we needed. The home looks it was recently renovated, they did an awesome job! Perfect location, the entire little downtown/historic home area/riverfront are all within a block or two.
Cute neighborhood, easy to find, able to walk most places and it’s great there is a driveway so you didn’t have to deal with parking meter. Comfortable beds. *this not the listing/hosts fault at all* but I didn’t read the listing’s description well enough to notice this place does not have a full kitchen (there are small fridge/freezer), toaster oven & toaster so I bring it up in the review in case others find it helpful to know. Nice decor in the house.

Good location
Quick walk to shops & restaurants. Host was quick to respond to questions at arrival. The provided information at check in was inadequate regarding tv & heater operation. The stairs are quite narrow & would not be good for those with balance issues or children. No dead bolt on door. Beautiful hard wood floors.
