What a super nice place!

We had a lovely week. Quick communication with the hospitable owners, a comfortable, clean and complete house. Absolute peace and quiet, wonderful nature (special birds in the garden!) and a cool swimming pool!

Fantastic family holiday

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. The check in and arrival information was clear. The house is truly beautiful and set in a wonderful peaceful location. The facilities are great. the indoor/outdoor eating area is perfect and the pool is incredible. We went for bike, rides, visited grottos, local markets and rivers and relaxed at the house using the pool, petanque area and playing in the garden. We couldn't of asked for a better holiday and the hosts were lovely.

Calme, chaleureux. Un gite magnifique à découvrir.

Le gîte à L'Orée du Bois à Chapias est un endroit à recommander pour passer des vacances au calme ( rien que le bruit des cigales), reposantes avec tout le confort. L'hébergement correspondait en tous points au descriptif de l'annonce ( voir même plus en terme d'équipements ). Magaly et son époux sont des hôtes très accueillants et pleins de bons conseils pour vous aider à découvrir cette merveilleuse région qu'est l'Ardèche. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Magnifique séjour dans une maison et un cadre superbes

La maison et la propriété correspondent en tout point à la description faite dans l'annonce mais, qui plus est, le degré de soin et le souci du détail que les très discrets propriétaires Joseph et Magaly apportent pour le confort des vacanciers et afin qu'ils se sentent comme chez eux est vraiment remarquable et assez rare dans ce type de locations. Le bâtiment et la configuration des lieux ont été conçus avec qualité et intelligence (insonorisation, climatisation, piscine, etc.). L'équipement est complet et hyper fonctionnel. La propriété gigantesque et arborée est le point de départ idéal pour de très jolies promenades, en étant suffisamment retirée sans être trop loin de tout. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Wunderschönes Haus in absoluter Traumlage

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Ferienwoche in dem in traumhafter Landschaft gelegenen Ferienhaus. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht und ist sehr geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns zu acht (Zwei Familien mit Kindern zwischen 9 und 17 Jahren) sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich das WLAN ist manchmal etwas langsam aber das störte nicht wirklich. Der Jugend hat vor allem das schöne Pool mit der Sonnenterrasse gut gefallen. Die Alleinlage auf dem weitläufigen Gelände, mitten in der herrlichen Landschaft, mit wunderbaren Ausblicken bietet absolute Ruhe. Nachts kann man sogar die Wildschweine von der Terrasse aus beobachten. Der Weg ins nächste Dorf ist nur ein paar Kilometer mit dem Auto. Vom Haus aus kann man schöne Wanderungen zu einem kleinen Aussichtsturm und auch an die Beaume unternehmen. Vielen Dank an Magaly und Joseph für die unkomlipzierte Kommunikation und den leckeren Wein, der bei der Ankunft für uns kühl gestellt war! Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

excellent séjour à la mare

Excellente vacances en famille, idéalement située la maison est un havre de paix,accueillante ou seul le chant des cigales nous a bercé durant le séjour. Les enfants ont pu profiter des grands espaces autour de la maison et de la piscine en toute sécurité. De magnifiques couchers de soleil chaque soir de la terrasse, suivi dès la nuit tombée d'une exploration de la voie lactée, allongés sur nos transats. En résumé à renouveler sans modération...........
