Great Experience

We had a great vacation experience here. This unit has been beautifully remodeled. Easy access to the beach and in a great location of NSB. We would definitely stay again.

Nice unit , and loaded with extras

The unit was was very updated, clean , and loaded with extras. Everything you needed for a day at the beach, and lots of added commodities from toiletries to coffee, am unexpected but pleasant bonus. Stephanie was responsive to all of our questions. The property is a little dated , but the unit is priced accordingly . The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but we knew that going in , and was not an issue for us. No issues during the stay , it was just what we were looking for.

Great condo.

A clean and very well equipped property. Excellent for beach access and close to many good places to eat and shop. Only blip was entrance codes had been changed and we weren’t notified. This was soon corrected after a call to Stephanie. We enjoyed our stay at New Smyrna Beach.

Great get away!

This unit is perfect for 2. Everything was tastefully decorated and all the small details were covered. One of the best VRBO's in terms of owners thinking about the guests needs; anything from IPhone charging cords, beach towels, chairs and mat. The kitchen was well organized which made it easy to find things and not have to look in every cabinet for a pot or pan. The building is older but very well maintained. The tables and chairs around the pool area are newer and comfortable. Loved having local information from the owners on restaurants and attractions. Would definately stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is perfect for 2 people! It is decorated so gorgeous just like the pictures show. It was great to have beach chairs and beach towels to use! Great stay for sure!

Nice, quiet condo.

Nice condo, small unit perfect for a couple or very small family. Unit was clean and very well furnished. Parking was limited in the parking lot but plenty of parking on side dirt road. Buildings do not have elevators and unit is on 3rd floor so all entry is by stairs. We met the owner and she was very nice. I would rebook this unit for future visits to NSB.

This has been my favorite of all the places we e stay. Beautifully decorated, perfect size for me and my husband. It’s just a 1 bedroom, but seems so much larger. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. When I did ask a question, I received a response immediately. I highly recommend the property.

Nicely decorated and well stocked condo directly on the beach. Felt like home with all the special touches. Great place to celebrate the new year with a fireworks display on the beach. Close to town. Perfect beach to take walks. Owner quickly responded to any questions and also provided information on restaurants and activities in the area. Looking forward to staying again.

Best and most convenient condo

The condo was sweet and quaint. It was so clean and comfortable. We had all the things we needed and then some. I appreciated the ease of the communication between the owner and myself. She was always available and promptly answered any questions. We would 100 percent stay again.

Rental for weekend wedding

It fit our needs very well. The complex is older and right on the street but that’s how they all are in this town. Beach is right there and walkable. The condo itself was very nice and clean. I think it was very reasonably priced.

Quick getaway

Very clean but there was a musty smell but turning off the air an craking the windows helped. The overall building outside needs help and the pool was taped off and not available 2 of our 3 days. But the location was great .

Nicely appointed condo on the beach

A very nicely decorated and stocked condo in New Smyrna. We had everything we needed and they had so many nice touches that it felt very much at home. You will not be disappointed! Communication with property manager clear and constant. Thanks for a lovely getaway!

Beautifully updated condo

We had a wonderful stay here. While the property itself is a bit outdated, Stephanie's place is totally remodeled with a lovely decor. She had every amenity within the condo. I've stayed at several rental properties over the years and to even have a Keurig and a regular coffee pot as options were wonderful. I could not have asked for any better communication with the property owner. We'll definitely be back.

Cozy modern beach home

Well maintained property with new furnishings. Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. Nice pool area, and right by the beach. Hostess was lovely to deal with. Would love to go back someday :)

Easy choice

Stephanie and Craig are great hosts! The unit is clean, comfortable and convenient. There are enough amenities to make guests feel at home and the proximity to so many places makes it an easy choice. Side note: felt very safe for a solo traveler.

Amazing Place!

Me and my fiancé had the best summer vacation trip yet! This place was home away from home it felt like. Super cozy and comfortable. The room was everything and more! Also the owner was quick with any questions I had and gave awesome recommendations for places to go and things to do which I appreciated since this was my first time in New Smyrna. We will definitely be booking again soon here!

Unique, Convenient & well stocked

I can't say enough about how at home we felt at our stay here in New Smyrna. Our host has made the condo feel like a friends house. Every time we went to look for something we needed, it was there. From dish soap & kitchen supplies to a fully stocked medicine cabinet including everything you need to get ready to go out for dinner after a day at the beach. We also love that one of the best restaurants on the beach is walking distance from the room (So Napa). We are already planning our next stay and looking forward to another top notch experience here. Highly recommend you book your next visit to the area here.

My husband and I love NSB so much we decided to purchase our Condo as a breather from our regular work routine in the Orlando area. it’s my favorite place to go. But we can’t use it all of the time so we decided to share. We hope you love it as much as we do

Why they chose this property

Coastal Waters seems like coming home, it just feels like family. Very relaxing , great place to be lazy and enjoy the Beach or pool in the beautiful Florida Sunshine.

What makes this property unique

Just steps to the beach, private gated grounds and pool
This is a third floor unit accessed by stairs. An elevator is not available .
Parking is in the front of the building, on 26th street by the pool and also our overflow lot directly across the street.
