Beautiful condo for two

While the complex is a bit dated, don't be fooled. This condo is adorable inside and perfect for two people. It was incredibly well appointed. The bed was comfortable and there was a selection of pillows to, like Goldilocks, get the perfect one. It had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to NSB. We were there to visit family but took time each day to walk the beach and swim in the pool. We would definitely book again.My only comment to potential renters, make sure you have the building security code handy as well as the room code when checking in. We checked in after dark in a storm and my old eyes had a hard time finding the building code.

Gorgeous Condo

It was so easy to book this condo for the week we wanted. The condo we stayed in is updated, nicely decorated and gorgeous! Very homey with everything you’d need from home. It had a 12 Cup coffee maker (which was important to us). Large TV’s which was nice for watching March Madness! Back patio was nice to sit and relax while having a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The condo has beach towels to use if you didn’t bring your own. The best part, Stephanie and Craig were so easy to communicate with us during our stay!! Highly recommend staying in 303!!

Excellent Condo

The condo was first class, really tastefully appointed with everything you need for a great stay. Right on the beach with a couple of superb restaurants within walking distance. Dealing with Stephanie was super easy, the whole experience from start to finish was top notch. Go ahead and book this place, you won’t be disappointed. We would have stayed another week if we could.

Great condo!

This condo is just steps away from the beach and it was so clean and very well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the AC in both the bedroom and the living area worked great. I highly recommend anyone staying at New Smyrna Beach to rent this condo because it is worth every penny.

Great stay at Coastal Waters Unit 303

From the moment we gained access to the Unit 303 we were struck by the beauty and quality of entire unit. The unit was obviously updated and appointed expertly. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and provided a great nights sleep. There were beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas stored in the closet for our use. The property was safe and secure with passcode entry. The check in and check procedures were seamless and the instructions easy to follow. The direct beach access and views was fabulous: We definitely look forward to another stay.

Great vacation!

Super updated place, although the complex overall was not. However, It was the perfect getaway, steps away from the beach & had all the essentials for us to enjoy a beach trip. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. We had the best dinner at SoNapa, 10/10 recommend eating there while staying, a plus that we were able to walk there.

Nice unit , and loaded with extras

The unit was was very updated, clean , and loaded with extras. Everything you needed for a day at the beach, and lots of added commodities from toiletries to coffee, am unexpected but pleasant bonus. Stephanie was responsive to all of our questions. The property is a little dated , but the unit is priced accordingly . The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but we knew that going in , and was not an issue for us. No issues during the stay , it was just what we were looking for.

Great condo.

A clean and very well equipped property. Excellent for beach access and close to many good places to eat and shop. Only blip was entrance codes had been changed and we weren’t notified. This was soon corrected after a call to Stephanie. We enjoyed our stay at New Smyrna Beach.

Great get away!

This unit is perfect for 2. Everything was tastefully decorated and all the small details were covered. One of the best VRBO's in terms of owners thinking about the guests needs; anything from IPhone charging cords, beach towels, chairs and mat. The kitchen was well organized which made it easy to find things and not have to look in every cabinet for a pot or pan. The building is older but very well maintained. The tables and chairs around the pool area are newer and comfortable. Loved having local information from the owners on restaurants and attractions. Would definately stay here again if in the area.

Coastal Waters seems like coming home, it just feels like family. Very relaxing , great place to be lazy and enjoy the Beach or pool in the beautiful Florida Sunshine.

This is a third floor unit accessed by stairs. An elevator is not available .
Parking is in the front of the building, and also our overflow lot directly across the street.
