Accenting the convenient location are gorgeous views of the mountains and the lovely Deer Valley Pond, letting you enjoy the serenity of the area. The property is also situated very close to the stop for the free bus that can take you throughout the area.
The condo features 1,266 square feet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to eight guests.
Entering this home from the front door puts you right into a lovely foyer with a convenient bench. You'll then step into the main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: Settle back into comfortable leather furnishings including a sofa sleeper; enjoy the cozy gas fireplace and 55” Panasonic Smart TV. The surrounding windows and sliding glass door to the adjacent patio bring in the views and tons of natural light. You even have your own private hot tub on the patio!
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances, ample granite countertops. There is also convenient kitchen bar seating for four.
Dining Room: Seating for up to four at the circular table in the dining area.
