SUMMER PLACE - 38 Private Drive - This house, in the Summer Place community, features five bedrooms and four baths on two levels. Downstairs one bedroom has a queen, one bedroom has two doubles. Upstairs, two bedrooms have one queen in each, the fifth bedroom has one full size bed and a set of bunks. All bedrooms have TV's.
Amenities include access to the Summer Place community pool, enclosed outside shower, two washers and two dryers, dishwasher, blender, iron/ironing board, microwave, and secure Wi-Fi. The dining table seats nine, and there are four stools at the bar for additional seating. There's seating on the deck to have your morning coffee, or spend a cool evening outside enjoying the ocean breeze. Private Drive is a direct and easy beach access street, and this house is a short walk from both the beach and the pool.
This property has keyless entry.
Although this house rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 4 and after August 21, there's a three-night minimum stay required. There's a golf cart outlet by the outside shower, and another one by the stairs. Our property has pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. This property is not an appropriate location for large functions/parties. The town of Ocean Isle Beach enforces a 10pm quiet hour. Additionally, the property is locally managed and monitored-please observe these standards if considering this location for your holiday.
