Relaxing Getaway
Our family (5 adults) had an easy and enjoyable stay as we visited relatives and surrounding attractions. This VRBO was clean, spacious, quiet, and nicely appointed with conveniences. It was exactly like the photos, with plenty of spaces for family members to retreat to for personal time. The host communicated as needed, and was responsive to questions. It was nice to get away from the busy city life at this lovely home, with gentle breezes cooling the rooms, and the exquisite rooftop for viewing the sunrise/sunset.

Great stay in San diego
We would definitely stay here again. Great location, house is beautiful and completely stocked. All the extras you would have at home. Even an extra propane tank for the grill. Roof top views were amazing. We loved watching sunsets from up there. Downstairs air conditioner was broken when we arrived but the owner and manager worked to have it repaired within two days. Never fun to be on vacation when things are broken but they were in constant contact with us to let's know what was going on and had it fixed quickly. Thanks for a great stay in San Diego. We hope to be back again soon.

Perfect House in San Diego
We were in San Diego to meet family members from Tennessee and Fresno, Ca. The house was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The location was also perfect. We didn't travel more than 20 minutes to reach any location we wanted to see. We would definitly recommend this house.

Great location, easy access to everything, beaches, attractions, interstates. House was every bit as nice as advertised. Roomy, well equipped kitchen, very modern. Aaron responded very quickly to my inquiries. We enjoyed watching the sea world fireworks every night from the rooftop.

This was the perfect house for our family get together. Individual rooms, multiple patio settings and an open floor plan allowed us to gather together comfortably while allowing us to have privacy when needed. We could not have asked for anything more.

It was well equipped with every necessity. Lots of games for the kids and felt familiar and safe. Neighborhood was quiet and the home is well insulated of any traffic or construction noise. Would stay again. Long term would be better than a shorter period stay.

Super wonder place to stay in San Diego.
This home is located in a great location in which has such a very beautiful view when you go up the the 3rd floor. We chose it since it was near our main destination MCRD for a graduation. Its near great restaurants and attractions. All the rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable and restrooms were very well equipped with towels and basic needs. Which would be helpful incase someone forgot to bring. The kitchen was well supplied too. I can definitely say I would want to book future stays here. The communication with rental agents was so professional and super attentive. Hope this is helpful to those who are looking for a wonderful stay.

San Diego Oasis
In the middle of concrete and sidewalks sits this pristine oasis where we could escape each day after a full day of conference sessions, hunting for parking, and walking on the hot pavement in the searing sun. The back patio was literally an oasis of greenery and shade and just plain quiet. The roof top patio was the spot for a glorious view. The house was more beautiful in person and all our needs were anticipated and fulfilled. I have stayed in many rentals, and this one had the best beds (no I did not lay in all of them but mine was wonderful). The amenities were more than sufficient: many highly absorbent and fluffy towels, way more than necessary toilet paper, each shower was equipped with hair products and body wash, the pantry was a life saver with many items we would have had to buy, there were enough glasses, dishes, and pots for a large party, and the kitchen appliances were all top tier. We enjoyed just relaxing on the comfortable leather sofas and recliners to just recap the day with wine from the wine fridge (we provided own wine) while catching up on the news and shows on the large screen television. One of the best features was the location: every place we needed was within 15-20 minutes and the home was very close to the highway (route 5). We were a party of 5 (one couple and 3 solo) and each of us had a separate bedroom. the master was something you would have to experience because words would be inadequate. Rent it to find out the total treat of the master room. The second floor lounging area and outdoor patio became two of my favorite spots for solitude and reflection. As you can see, we had a fantastic time and will definitely book this property on our next visit to San Diego. Thank you for a great time.

My whole family was impressed with this home. It is beautiful and has a perfect layout to gather for meals and visiting. It is well stocked with everything needed to make a meal. Beds are very comfortable. We loved watching the sunset from the roof top patio. It is a short drive to the MCRD which was important to us.

Highly recommend Aaron's properties
We spent a wonderful two weeks at Aaron's property in San Diego. The house (especially the kitchen) came stocked with all essentials, including oils and spices. The interior was very clean and equipped with great, state-of-the-art equipment (i.e. Google Nest thermostat, HD smart tv and speakers). Great location -- very accessible to the beaches and downtown.
