Cute Ranch House

3 bedrooms, 1 bath as described. Beware if your party is handicapped that there are two high stairs that one must be able to navigate between the main living/bedroom 1 and kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms 2&3. The space is nicely decorated and comfortable! It has everything you need for a trip! Bring your own drinking water as the water does not smell great (well water). However, as one with a very sensitive nose, it didn’t bother me as much as I thought. The sheets and towels smelled like again and not well water!

Pricey pet oasis with sulfur well water.

The dirt road entrance has substantial holes that make for a jarring experience initially off of the main street. Yes it is a private setting and fencing does go around the house, but there are gaps in the fencing, so if your dog doesn't have a good recall make sure it's on a leash. If you're arriving at night be forewarned that there is a 3" step down into the front porch. If you're looking for ADA compliance, this is not the place for you. There very tall stairs from the living room to the kitchen area. I wish disclosure of sulfur well water was in the property information, this was the BIGGEST drawback. My GSD would not drink it. The sheets on the "bridal" room were unmade underneath the comforter and smelled of use. The towels had a mustly odor. The twin beds were so high that my 83 year old mother used a kitchen chair to climb in at night. The screened porch on the side had several areas of rodent-eaten holes. Even though the listing says "No Events" it doesn't state that the horse ranch puts on loud events on the weekend. Cleaning and pet fee are very expensive from what we experienced. Overall it met our needs for allowing our GSD a place to unwind and enjoy the freedom of a "fenced" yard. Next time we will go to the pet-friendly Hampton Inn.

Ranch Style living

Great place! Super clean and very comfortable. We needed a place to land for 5 days with our dogs and this place was great. Owner very friendly and helpful. Already booked it for another weekend.

Nice country Florida home

Clean, relaxing and comfortable, Overall stay was great. Getting the TV's to function properly was a challenge and you had to get creative in hanging up damp towels.
