Hiking- Camelback MTN is iconic and is about a 10 min drive. close to the 51 and 101 for easy access to North Scottsdale Shopping and Old town fun.
Enjoy going to short drives- Verde Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek. Or take a day
drive to Sedona, unbelievably beautiful.

Great condo!
We loved this condo! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I felt lucky to find it because the location was perfect- a 5 min drive from where our son lives. Great view from the porch and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location
Location was convenient for my needs, the unit needed some minor maintenance issues, the out door space was not kept up but it was summer so not really used. Overall cute place, I was disappointed that the owner claimed we had damaged the queen size sheets which had a small blood stain on it when we arrived but smelled clean, and the water filter pitcher that we didn’t use but left out to be washed for the next guest.

Mom’s 90th birthday visit
We were so happy to find your listing within walking distance of my parent’s house! The accommodations were perfect for what we needed while we were visiting my parent’s for Mom’s 90th BD. The place was clean, easy to find, great parking options, and the green belt in the back yard was perfect for walking our dog. We will definitely come back the next time we come to Phoenix to visit Mom & Dad.

Spotless condo in great location
This condo is in a great location in northern Phoenix backing up too a greenspace with a path that goes for miles. Within walking distance are many restaurants and retailers (Target, Costco, REI, Penneys). The unit was very clean and roomy, everything worked. A covered carport was included. Location was a short drive to Scottsdale, shopping, casinos and easy to get to Sedona and Grand Canyon. Our host was extremely responsive, we'd happily stay here again.

Having a ground floor and patio was great for my small dig. The green belt walking trail was a plus. Downsides were: No local channels, couldn’t watch football, not enough wash clothes and the sheets had blood on them

MSBL Baseball Tournament
The Condo is very comfortable, clean , well stocked kitchen, and being able to do laundry was a blessing. Very close to shopping , restaurants, ETC. A must visit is the Arizona Memorial near the Diamondbacks spring practice facility, almost as good as Hawaii. To top off the stay , we won our World Series for the MSBL. Thank you Lindsay, it was a great experience.

AZ Vacation
We luckily found this great place after we booked flights and tickets to the WM Phoenix Open, not knowing that the Super Bowl was also the same weekend. It was the perfect location. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We tried a couple of the suggested restaurants (Oink, The Mexicano) and they were both great!! Took a day trip to Sedona…amazing! Old Town Scottsdales was fun too. Overall we had a great time! Would love to come back…so much more to see!

Wonderful condo in a great location
We had a wonderful vacation in Phoenix at this property. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed! The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We loved the little patio at the back that looked out onto a green space where we could walk. The condo was perfectly located, just minutes from a golf course, restaurants and stores - everything we needed! All information from Lindsay was prompt, detailed and spot on! We will be back! Thanksgiving Get Away
My wife and I spend 2 weeks in AZ to visit our daughter who recently graduated from UofA. We were so fortunate to find Lindsay's condo where we completely enjoyed our stay. The condo was organized, clean and equipped with the necessary amenities for our visit. Great location, convenient parking every night, and wonderful neighbors. The surrounding neighborhood was home to many wonderful restaurants and shopping establishments. The condo is also convenient located to major freeways for easy access to neighboring cities in AZ. Good day to you all!! We are originally from South Dakota and have been in the valley for about 10 years. We had originally decided on moving back but we now have the beautiful five-year-old daughter with cystic fibrosis and the Phoenix Children’s Hospital has been amazing for us! I personally lived in this property and remodeled it. I absolutely love the location and I wanted to keep it for my family until they can move down here. I will be using it as a vacation rental for everybody else to enjoy until that day comes! If you ever need anything or have any questions about where to go or what to do I’m available if I can help in any way.

It’s in a perfect location you can walk to breakfast or dinner. It’s close to the 51 and 101 for day trips. It’s in between North Scottsdale shopping and Old town fun. Close to a bunch of great hiking if you’re wanting to enjoy the outdoors and also the Greenbelt will take you on a great walk over through Stone Creek golf course.
