Finally, on level -2 the house has a 2nd terrace of 30m², two bedrooms, one with 2 80 cm beds and 1 90 cm bed, the other with two 80 cm beds, a bathroom and a toilet.
A closed shed to store bicycles, surfboards, etc., overlooking the street, completes these services.
End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
