ABOUT MAGNOLIA MANOR:
Welcome to Magnolia Manor, an amazing home in the great Inlet Beach community near the intersection of 30A and 98. This modern home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 12, so there is great space for the entire family in this warm home. The exterior entertaining space is perfect for gathering family or friends around the dining area or the fire pit. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage as the day winds down, while relaxing outside.

Located just north of 98 and on the east side of 30A, this is the perfect location to enjoy the quaint shops and renowned restaurants along Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach. And, with two complimentary bikes included, it is less than a ten minute trip to some great beach accesses where you can enjoy the beautiful water along the Gulf Coast.

The first floor has a great open concept living and dining area, a half bath, and one queen ensuite. The second floor has one king ensuite, a queen bed, a room with two lofted twin beds, and a bedroom with two sets of full bunks.

Our stay was ok but there were multiple things that would keep me from ever going back. The stove was broken but was replaced in 2 days. The internet was horrible and with double red flags at the beach, nothing but going to the pool was available. Too far from restaurants & shopping to go to easily. Simple things like a broken can opener started becoming a major problem.

Bristol Experience
The house was perfect for our family and beautifully decorated. We did have an issue with the downstairs bathroom that caused us to evacuate the downstairs room/bathroom all together - that was the very large cockroaches that were somehow getting into that bathroom. We closed the drains and they were still coming in. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: We're glad to hear that you found the house perfect for your family and enjoyed the beautiful decorations. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the presence of large cockroaches in the downstairs bathroom. We enjoyed our trip however, the house would not cool down and there was an egg smell in the house when using the water. Also ants in the house which our little ones got bit while sleeping and the trash was not picked up on the days they were supposed to be.

Amazing Few Days
At the last minute we decided to take a family vacation. Magnolia Manor was perfect! The house is beautiful and all the rooms were decorated to perfection. The covered patio and fire pit made it easy for the kids to enjoy playing games and s'mores at night. We had a little issue with the master plumbing. We called and within 30 minutes someone was there to take care of it. The location is close to Rosemary Beach and several great restaurants. I highly recommend the house for a short or long stay. Neighborhood was quiet and it was nice to take morning walks. The kids loved the bikes. We rented 2 additional ones so they could go back and forth to the ice cream shop, beach and shopping. Thanks for letting us start the New Year in such a beautiful place with my family!

Newish home with a lot of issues
Plumbing issues galore. Couldn't use one shower all week because of it and although response was prompt- never fixed. Several drains didn't work well. Dishwasher and drains stunk. Roof leak. No tvs in rooms. No locks on doors including bathrooms! No parking at pool since people parked there from houses across the street . Constant construction! Nothing offered or discounted Bc of all the issues.

Vacation Rental
We absolutely loved the property and it was the perfect set up for our two families. The cornhole boards were a nice little touch as well as the beach chairs but one of the cornhole board legs was missing a bolt so we had to keep fixing it but we still made it work. We did have some issues starting day 2, for instance, our golf cart wasn't delivered until the day after we arrived in which your team worked very hard to get it to us by the next morning and even refunded us for a days rental. The second day we were there, we had left our personal beach tent as well as the boogie boards that you guys provided on the back of the golf cart during the day and unfortunately they were stolen which was very unfortunate as we did not have shade for the beach for the rest of the week but we did purchase new boogie boards to replace yours that were stolen. The other issue we had was when we woke up on day 3, one of the bike tires had been flattened. Other than those things, we really enjoyed the home as it was beautifully decorated inside and out. I would also like to mention that your customer service was wonderful as someone continually called to check in on us. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your wonderful beach house.

Great house but terrible wifi/internet
The house was great and property management was very helpful, but leaving 3 stars due to the terrible satellite internet. We have 4 kids and couldn’t use any of our devices or use the TV. They said it was due to rainy weather but it honestly wasn’t much better when the sun was out. The property management brought tried to be super helpful and responsive but there wasn’t much they could do. They did provide a Verizon hot spot to use but could only be used by one device at a time and still slow which was super frustrating. We ended up cutting our trip short and leaving due to this inconvenience as my husband requires efficient Wi-Fi to run his business. I would highly encourage the property owner to fix this problem as we have never had this issue in any other house on 30A bad weather or not. Other than this I would have given a 5 star rating.

New to Inlet/Fan of inlet.
We so enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Manor, and Inlet Beach. What a great house, for a group of friends. We really enjoyed the screened in patio, and fire pit. Perfect location to fantastic restaurants, shopping, and not as congested as Rosemary, or Seaside. Convenient to PCB should you care to make the drive. We rode bikes to the Public beach access each day. The house was extremely clean, well decorated, and stocked. (I would suggest a different bed arrangement…tiny bunk beds upstairs, seem wasted…and could use another King.) Management/maintenance teams were extremely cordial, and prompt. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for families
This was our first time going on vacation with such a large group and this property was able to accommodate us all comfortably. It is convenient to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. The house came with plenty of beach supplies/toys. The house itself is in a great neighborhood. We were able to ride bikes and walk around without fear of heavy traffic. The pool was only a 2 minute walk and had plenty of room for multiple families. We did have a couple of issues. There were a lot of ants, which we let the property manager know of about, but the pest control person only sprayed one area, so the ants just migrated to the front porch and were swarming, especially at night. It seemed to be more related to the construction going on in the neighborhood than anything as their nests might have been getting disturbed. Additionally, the wifi at this property is pretty much non-existent. Other guests have mentioned this in other reviews as well, but the wifi is awful. It appears to be satellite wifi, but trying to stream anything on the TV doesn't work, and most of us just gave up on using it for basic browsing/social media because it was so slow. Also, definitely consider keeping some bags of ice on hand as the ice maker in the kitchen cannot keep up with a family of 12. I would recommend that the property manager do some updates to the first floor bedroom/bathroom, including some room darkening curtains or blinds on the patio doors, as well as some grab bars for the bathroom to make it more accessible for older folks staying at the property. Overall we had a great stay and would consider this property again as an option for our family.

The house, yard, and screened in porch were great as was the support by the rental agency. The house is very nicely decorated and spacious for a large group. We enjoyed our stay, but the wifi did not work consistently and this was challenging b/c of school and work that needed to be done. The coverage also was a challenge. We could not use internet via our phones either. The house is a short bike ride to Rosemary and the beach. However, you have to cross 98 which is VERY busy and the cars DO NOT stop at crosswalk. A tunnel is being built which will be an amazing addition and much safer. The house would better accommodate the 4 bedrooms upstairs with sleeping for 10 with an additional bathroom. Only one bathroom for the three rooms upstairs was challenging.

It was a beautiful place and plenty of room for us all. Loved the backyard and screened in porch.
Wonderful place to stay, everything about the home was excellent. The only negative is the traffic to the beach and parking for the beach it was horrible.

the traffic you have to cross to get to the nearest beach access is not family friendly..I was told by another tenant that Construction for underground beach access to bypass the traffic was underway at this location. when that is finished it would be much easier..
