Our Seaside is a modern beach retreat in Seagrove with a beautiful large private pool (with option to heat).This home is tucked away in a tree-lined residential area between 30A and Eastern Lake. Your rental comes complete with four bikes, a fantastic amenity that invites you to explore the scenic surroundings at your leisure. Whether you choose a leisurely walk or a breezy bike ride, the beach is just minutes away, allowing you to immerse yourself in the coastal beauty effortlessly. For a winter stay that's truly exceptional, the heated pool is an absolute must. You can bask in the warmth of the heated pool while enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the season.

Our Seaside greets you with a warm and inviting open space where both the kitchen and the dining area open into the living area for effortless entertaining that has a large smart tv's. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes some extras like a Crock-Pot, Instant Pot and air fryer! Right off the kitchen is a large laundry room plus a half bathroom.

At the back of the home you'll find the bunk room with a full bathroom (convenient for those pool days) and access to your very own private pool oasis. Out here, feel free to splash around or grab a lounger. Enjoy cooking up a great dinner on the gas grill while watching your family enjoy an incredible pool day.
There are 2 more bedrooms on the 2nd Floor and both include private bathrooms and balconies. The 3rd Floor bonus area includes 2 custom built-in twin beds. From here you can head onto the roof deck to enjoy soaring views of Seagrove and the surrounding 30A communities.

Enjoy ultimate relaxation by the poolside lounge area, featuring various seating options including loungers, chairs, a sofa, and a large dining table. Refresh with an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for post-swim or beach days. Plus, there are five outdoor patios for everyone to unwind in their own space.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen-over-Queen bunks, twin trundle.TV and pool access. Private bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, queen sofa sleeper and balcony access. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with large rainfall shower.
3rd Floor, Bonus Space: 2 twin beds, twin rollaway, TV and private roof deck access.

Beach Access:
2 locations- Eastern Lake and Ramsgate. Eastern lake access is a wonderful option if you are traveling with little kids who may not want the waves of the ocean but would prefer a shallow, tranquil float in the lake. Eastern lake runs right up to the beach and provides a meandering lazy river type feel with shallows to catch baby fish , skim board or just rinse off after the beach. It provides the best of both worlds with lake and beach access.

Seagrove Beach:
Hop on the 19-mile bike/walking trail that parallels 30A and enjoy quick access to Seagrove's restaurants and shopping or head west to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer. Surrounded by state parks and dune lakes, there are no shortage of options for outdoor enthusiasts. Discover Deer Lake, 3 miles from your doorstep. Eden Gardens State Park is just over 4 miles away.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1dish sponge, 1dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1washcloth per guest and 2hand towels per bathroom, plus 2washing machine pods.

A nice home

Had a great stay at Our Seaside! Pool was perfect and the space was lovely. It should be noted though that to get to the beach, you have to walk through a lake. There is no other public beach access near by. Wagons and ice chests would be hard to carry across the water.

We would stay at this property again for sure. You can't beat the location. The bikes were a huge plus. We had teens with us and it allowed them plenty of freedom to bike down to Seaside.

Beautiful House/great location

We had a wonderful time. House was great. Only issue is water would only get Luke warm. Texted maintenance multiple times but they didn’t fix. I think the hot water heater setting just needs to be turned up. Location was awesome. Pool is not heated so we couldn’t swim. Beds were comfy and TV’s were big!!

Underwhelming

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home had roaches which was surprising given the price point. Also, the master bedroom was very cramped. The master guest closet was unaccessable and the property did not have any dressers to store clothing thus we had to live out of our suitcases. There were a number of items in disrepair to include the master shower door, tub drain in hall bathroom and no privacy blind on the bathroom window. I have traveled to this area for over a decade and leased with Garrett Realty and never encountered a property that was not well maintained. Beautiful but cluttered home with all the wrong stuff.

Perfect Vacation

Our stay at this property was my first family vacation with my husband and infant son. It was so perfect. The beds at this property are extremely comfortable. Three of the bathrooms appeared to be recently remodeled and looked gorgeous. Overall, our week here was filled with memories that we will treasure forever!

Practically on the strip but the dead end of it as well- peacefull yet in one min out into the shopping eating and fun!!!! The house was supurb- we left the outside pool area much better than we found it and was so enjoyable seeing it at its finest! Communication was excellent with anything we needed!!!!

Beautiful Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the house was beautiful, clean, and wonderful proximity to the beach. All amenities were as described. The maintenance person was on site when we checked in and informed us that door knob needed to be replaced but he didn’t have one so we didn’t have a door knob for 24 hours, but the deadbolt so worked. We also had to call maintenance because the third-floor air conditioner was not working. Somebody came out to try to fix it but in the end it was never followed through so it did not work for entire stay. Communication was consistent and positive throughout fixing these areas. Even with these minor things I would recommend staying here and would book the place again.

Recently renovated, spacious, close to the lake, close to the beach, close to restaurants, beautiful private pool (from 3.5/4 feet deep in the shallow end to 6 feet deep in the deep end).The best thing, for us, about this house was that it had a private pool, was on a quiet street with very little traffic, and was close to the beach via the Lake. We will absolutely consider staying here again in the future. One thing to be aware of: you cannot access the public beach closest to the house by cutting through the neighborhood to the south. That walkway is behind a gate/code, so you have to walk on the road around a block of homes and past the Lake access to get to the Beach access. Not a big deal, but annoying and worth consideration if mobility is an issue for someone in your family.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and more. The location of the house is only minutes to the beach. You are only a 10-15 minute drive to the local grocery store and the Seaside shops and restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again. Benchmark Properties was also great with text reminders and checking in with us. Great location and a wonderful stay!
