About this property

This beautiful lodge, located directly on the Little Pine Creek, is perfect for family reunions and getaways with friends or fellow outdoorsmen! The main house has 6 private bedrooms (sleeps 18) and 3 full bathrooms. Punctuated with a cozy wood stove in the main sitting area and a picturesque view overlooking your own private stretch of the creek. Large dining tables and a pool table flank the gathering space making it ideal for large groups!

••Please note that listing price is only for downstairs lodge space – upper apartments can be rented at an additional fee**

There are 2 spacious apartments located on the second floor of the lodge, with outdoor access and private stairways. Each apartment has a full bathroom, private kitchen, and seating area. The south apartment sleeps 6 guests (2 bedrooms) and the north apartment sleeps 4 guests (2 bedrooms). These apartments are not included in the official listing but can be rented for an additional $150 (each) a night plus cleaning fee.

Annual Family Vacation

Our group had about 17 adults & 5 kids & 1 dog. We enjoyed the layout of the large common room as a place we could all sit together for meals & board games. I found the house to be comfortable with AC in the bedrooms, but not the kitchen or living/dining area. Others in our group thought it was too warm. The creek right behind the house is really lovely, and we spent a lot of time relaxing by the fire pit watching the creek. We saw a couple ducks & harmless snakes ( it IS in the woods by water, so that’s inevitable). The kitchen is stocked well, but we had some trouble getting the outdoor grill heated up enough to cook on. All in all, it’s a great place for a large family group.

Perfect place, even on a rainy weekend

This was our second trip to Little Pine Lodge. We love the proximity to the stream in the back yard, where the kids can play for hours. Usually we take an afternoon and kayak down Pine Creek about half an hour away, but the water level was too low this year. One day during our stay, it rained quite a bit, but the lodge is equipped with over 100 videos, as well as a pool table. There is so much space that you don't feel like you are right on top of one another. Having three bathrooms with two women and two teenaged girls in the group came in handy also!

Family Vacation

Location was great. Kids loved playing in the creek and it was a short distance from the Little League World Series. Grandkids didn't want to leave!

Quiet, comfortable and plenty of room

Lovely spot by little creek. Accommodated our group of 12 with alot of extra room. Stayed cool in the house. Grand yard for volleyball, can jam, corn hole.. lots of table space for eating and board games and kitchen easy to cook in. We will stay again!

Great place for a family get together!

This was a perfect place for me and my two sons and their families to spend a long weekend. My 87-year-old mother came along. She is limited to her wheelchair and a walker, but was able to get around everywhere herself. She just needed a little help to get up to the fire ring in the backyard. The cabin was Immaculate and very well supplied with everything, especially the kitchen! Close to 100 DVDs for all ages, especially the kids. Lots of excitement with a visit to the garbage can by a bear while we were sitting around the fire one evening. One day we drove up to Big Pine Creek to kayak although the water was low in several places. We are already planning to go back again next year. My only suggestion is to get one or two picnic tables for the backyard. Everything else was perfect!

Summer Family Vacation 2022

We had a great time. Creek was a little low for kayaking but we found lakes near by. We played in the creak every evening. Boys enjoyed fishing a short walk down stream. House could use a little TLC but perfect for our large family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Doesn't show in the pictures but plenty of seating the the livingroom. 3 sofas and a chair. Dining area is also big enough for a large group to enjoy meals. Fire pit was awesome. Used it every night. Thank you Cassie for the memories.

Enjoyable family gathering

We rented the lower level. The house was clean and the living area spacious. we appreciated the pool table and availability of the unlimited (but slow :-)) internet. We had rain one evening and the creek was surprisingly lively which allowed for good rafting with our tubes. The direct access to the creek is a huge plus. The multitude of (biting) sandflies not so much. Closest real store was about 35 minutes drive away, so good to plan provisions. All in all very enjoyable family vacation facility

Great Country Lodge and Creek for a Large Group

This property was perfect for our group of 10 adults. The backyard and creek were the all-stars; spending time out there was wonderful. The layout of the main floor is fantastic; the large central living/game room has plenty of space to spread out for games and relaxing. Additionally, the kitchen is large and pretty well equipped. Note that this a country lodge not like a new suburban home; you may want to bring water for those that are turned off by mildly sulfury well water. Be sure to ask the owner about the nearby self-serve firewood stand; good price for dry split wood. We had a great time and look forward to returning! Thank you! ^__^

Is property accommodated 3 families very well. there was enough space for everyone to spread out, lots of room for the children to play. The creek in back was a big hit woth the younger ones

Wonderful weekend

We had my sister and brother-in-law's bachelorette/bachelor party. The house was so clean and well-maintained. We had an awesome time in the spacious living room and my husband and I were able to use the HUGE kitchen to cook for everyone. We enjoyed swimming in the creek and spending time by the fire. We would definitely recommend for a family or group trip. Cassie was so easy to get in touch with and super helpful!

Huge cabin with everything!

This place is the best! We were in the area with our boys soccer team, and this cabin was perfect for us. Plenty of space in the cabin and outside. Pool table, Creek, fire pit....no one got bored. We want to stay here next year too!

Phenomenal house and location

This house is very spacious and can easily fit large groups comfortably. The apartments upstairs are perfect. The creek and fireplace in the back is beautiful and very calming. The state park is only 20 minutes away and is very very nice. You won’t regret coming to this house!

Fishing excursion with a bunch of buddies.

Place was perfect. 5 minute drive to some nice fishing holes and remote enough to have a nice quiet time with the gang. Had 13 people total and the place has room for more. Will definitely stay there again.

Weekend Fishing Trip

Great location near Little Pine Creek. We rented the lower part of the lodge, enough beds for 12 adults. Lodge was large enough for us all the spread out and enjoy our weekend. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean along with all the bedrooms. We will look at going back for another trip!

Pine creek lodge
