The Kitchen opens up into the living area so everyone can visit while entertaining or preparing meals. The dining tables seats 6. The Kitchen has a full range of utensils and stainless appliances. Black out drapes make sleeping cozy for anyone sleeping on the sleeper sofa or master bed. Spacious Balcony with room for everyone. Great for Families, Girls Getaways, Golf Trips and Couples Getaways. Family spring break

We have stayed in various condos at Edgewater over the years. This condo is exceptionally clean and well kept! Beds and furniture were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. We were appreciative that beach set up was included and the owner providing beach towels and additional chairs to use during our stay. Owner was quick and clear with communication. Everything about our stay went smoothly and I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay directly on Miramar Beach!

Wonderful stay. It was nice to have the beachfront view! Staff at the beach were very friendly. Great location! Mattresses in 2nd bedroom need to be replaced, otherwise everything was great!

On the positive side the check-in and communication was great as was the area and the view. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you should need and the tv viewing choices were good.Where it wasn’t so good is the furniture and the beds. For older people the recliners were difficult to get out of and the couch was visibly wore in the center. So sitting and enjoying time watching tv or relaxing wasn’t so relaxing. Also the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom was visibly wore. There was only the two of us so we didn’t need to use them but it seems to me that neglect on beds and furniture seems to be visible. Great location

My wife and I stayed 12 nights Nov 30-Dec 12th and despite some cooler temperatures during our stay we enjoyed several great rounds of golf and walks on the beach. The beachside location is close to many very good restaurants which we took advantage of. Thanks to our hosts for allowing us to spend 2 extra nights in the condo when our travel plans changed.

Lovely & Relaxing

We have stayed at Edgewater in different condos many times. This condo is lovely and we had a very relaxing stay. Bed is super comfy and kitchen felt like home it is stocked so well. Waking up to see the beach from your bedroom is the very best part! Sunrises and sunsets are perfect. An endless supply of excellent restaurants nearby. Some of our favorites this time are Lost Pizza Co, Auston’s, O’Quigley’s for crab legs, The Back Porch for a sunset, and Evie Mae’s for desserts!

Everything you need

This condo has everything you need for an extended stay at the beach. It has a nice large kitchen that's well stocked. They also have pool and beach items so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. The second bedroom would be great for the kids. Perfect location

Edgewater was the perfect location and our condo was everything we hoped for. The ease of check-in made arriving and getting settled in stress-free. The pools were perfect for my children, ages 9 and 6. We had the perfect amount of space for the five of us. The condo was supplied with everything we needed and we definitely used some of the pool toys in the outside closet. Having beach service/chairs provided was a great addition. I would definitely book again for our next stay at Miramar Beach. Thank you!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This condo has everything! Including recliners! We had everything you could need, coffee filters, sugar, creamer, salt & pepper, trash bags and so much more! They have a storage closet with extra beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. Beautiful beach and pool views from the balcony! We had great weather all week and enjoyed the stay!

Great get-a-way!

This condo was perfect for us. It was clean the beds were comfy and the view was beautiful. We normally stay in seaside but decided to try something different this year. I’m glad we did. Lots of restaurants around us. Lots of shopping. We went to Destin and rented a boat to crab island for a day. The only downfall I can think of was the elevator situation which isn’t the condo owners fault. They have two but only one working for the entire building. I’m so glad it wasn’t busy when we went or that would have been very frustrating. I did hear they are going to replace both of them sometime this year. The umbrella and chairs were setup early everyday for us which was so nice! Just bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The grocery store is right across the street which was very convenient. It was a fabulous week!!

Fantastic place!

Edgewater was fantastic for family. We have twin 7 year olds and a 3 year old and they loved the two pools, kiddie pool, and playground. We didn’t spend much time on the beach because they loved the pools so much! Room was comfortable and outfitted with what we needed. If we could have changed anything, we would have preferred a different kind of mattress in the primary. It was uncomfortable, but anytime I or my husband moved, the other felt it.

We had a wonderful stay this week at Edgewater! The condo was perfect for me and my mom and could have easily fit more family had we chose to bring them. It was clean, nicely decorated and had a great view from the huge balcony. We spent a lot of time out there when we weren’t down at the beach or pool. The owners were great with communicating the readiness of our condo and made sure we had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this listing again.

Amazing Views!

Loved looking out of the living room windows and main bedroom and seeing the ocean! Unit was clean and updated. Smooth check-in and check-out process that made things hassle-free, which is amazing with kids in tow. Unit had everything we needed and was beautifully done as far as furnishings and decor. This condo had much more room to move around than other 2-bedroom beach condos we have stayed at- it was lovely! Grocery store and all necessities are super close. Loved it so much we tried to book it for our next trip but it has already been taken!

We are two old fraternity brothers who decided with our wives to buy a beach property at Edgewater after becoming empty nesters! Steve and Arian Orlando are from Frisco, TX, and Bryan and Cathy Booth are from Mount Pleasant, SC. We all love the beach and love Edgewater. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Why they chose this property

Before purchasing our own unit, we had come to Edgewater with our families several times. We always said one day we would buy one if we could. We purchased this one from William and Donna Arkell of Imagine Destin, LLC, who quickly became friends. We Love sitting on the balcony and drinking our coffee in the mornings - the view is amazing! It is right on the sand, is well maintained, and has a true resort feel. The greenspace and the playground are perfect places for children to play, and the pool is area is large and beautiful. Two pools, hot tub, kiddie pool and just a few short steps from the beach. We also love the easy access to the beach, pool, shopping, & dining. Everything is easily accessible. We hope to share our home with not only previous guests, but also with new guests who will come stay with us again and again.

What makes this property unique

The first time we saw this rental unit, we felt at home. Like stated before, the east facing balcony makes morning coffee a pleasant way to start the day. It also provides shade from the afternoon sun. We spend most of our time either on the balcony or on the beach! We also love that you can also enjoy the amazing view from the Master Bedroom as well. The unit is quiet, peaceful and relaxing...the perfect place for a getaway.
