Beachfront condo with private parking, 1 bedroom, 1 bath with bunkbed cubby in the hallway and sleeper sofa in living room (Sleeps 4 -5).

Beach service (umbrella and two chairs) included with rental March 1 - October 31!

- Right on the beach in 30A! Enjoy amazing views while you relax on the patio of this second story condo overlooking the gulf.
- Experience peace and serenity at Commodore's Retreat on our private beach and private boardwalk for beach access.
- Eastern Lake, adjacent to the condo, is a great place for kids to explore and a fantastic place to skim board, paddle board, kayak or canoe

- Community pool and outdoor community grills (charcoal only)
- Memory foam King bed in primary bedroom with a bunkbed cubby in the hallway perfect for kids. Graco Pack N Play travel crib also included for the little ones (crib sheet not provided).
- Beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and boogie boards provided as well
- Upgraded appliances, stackable washer / dryer, and shower / tub combo. Other perks include cable TV and complimentary WIFI.
- Fully stocked kitchen, living room offers large flat screen TV, and smart TV in master bedroom
- Sleeper sofa in living room
- Equipped with all linens, and an initial supply of necessities (paper products, etc.), all you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.

- Commodore's Retreat is located on a quiet dead end street away from the crowds; nestled off of Hwy 30A close to all the action but with a quiet Old Florida neighborhood feel. Specifically located in Seagrove Beach between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy a day on the beach or a bike ride along the many bike paths on Scenic 30A.
- The community pool is well maintained, and the building offers an elevator from the parking area for easier access to the upper floors.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay close to all the 30A has to offer! Great beach walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Enjoyed renting E-bikes they are a great way to get around.

Perfect get away with kids

Perfect get away for myself and two kids. I could easily see them on the beach from the balcony. The living room space is bigger than I imagined in the pictures very comfortable and clean.

Great vacation place

Beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed condo on a lovely beach. Walking distance from several restaurants and shops. Our host promptly responded when we had a question. Additional/brighter lights in bathroom and a new kitchen faucet would be helpful. But overall this is a great place to stay! Hoping to return for another visit next year.

Nice condo on the beach, great location...

We visited in winter. Great beach views/access, and a wonderful location. Right on the beach, but in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic. Still has great access to good restaurants, bars and shops. Condo was up-to-date with all we needed. Owners responded quickly to a few questions that we had. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Oasis! The check in process was a breeze, the condo was clean, and the view was spectacular! We were relaxed and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony while watching the waves. We highly recommend this condo and hope to stay there in the future!

Perfect beachfront oasis!

Fabulous beachfront condo!! Location is perfect, close to Eastern Lake with beautiful views and multiple opportunities each day to watch the dolphins play. Also within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The owners kindly shared their favorite restaurants and activities upon request and each that we visited and participated in were wonderful. We will definitely be back!

August Beach Vacation with Friend

This is a great place! Location is perfect, beach in that area is primarily private and separated on the left by a small lake. The unit was perfect. Nice furniture and comfortable beds. My (adult) friend slept in hallway bunk and loved it. Kitchen is well stocked with everything necessary to eat in. The balcony was our favorite. Close to the beach and furniture was perfect. Will stay there again.

30A Getaway

The listing exactly what you see online. The condo is beachfront with easy access to the water and the umbrella serviced provided is a wonderful bonus. The owners are quick to respond and very accommodating. The only downside is that the building itself is very old and dated and needs thorough renovation. Overall, the location is perfect and would definitely recommend!

Nice Vacation

The location is fantastic. The beach is beautiful and the area isn’t too crowded. The condo was nice and clean on arrival and communication with the host was easy. One thing to note is that the head room on the top bunk bed is so low that it isn’t actually usable. It didn’t matter for us, but for families with more than one child just something to know.

Kind of underwhelming...

The positives: The property owner was pleasant to interact with and communicated well. The property (building) is well-located in the middle of 30a. We've stayed at this property (building) a few years ago and knew what to expect. The negatives: The unit was not clean when we arrived. There clearly was an attempt by the cleaning crew, but without annoying everyone with the specifics, the property owner and I expected better of the cleaning crew that was contracted to do the job. The listing indicates that there is a King bed in the bedroom. Please know that this is really two twin size box springs and mattresses shoved together and wrapped with King size linens. As a side sleeper, if you migrate to the middle, you will quickly discover this. Others have posted/mentioned that the pillows are terrible - they are. The balcony's sliding door handle and lock were broken/missing with no ability to lock the sliding door, except for a broom handle in the track. The owner indicated that it broke a couple of weeks prior and they were waiting on a replacement - understandable. The living room sofa and chairs are tired and saturated with I assume is sunscreen. The seating surfaces constantly felt cool/moist to the touch. The building (generally) needs some TLC - paint, wood repair, and general maintenance. The pool decking and pool surface area are in need of a rehab. (There is mention of this to be discussed in an upcoming owners meeting).

Commodore’s Retreat

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this was not one of our better experiences. Pros: LOCATION. You’re basically paying for the location. We have never been right on the beach, so that was the best part. Communication with the owner was pretty prompt. Cons: the parking lot is EXTREMELY SMALL. Our car was backed into while we were there because everyone has a large vehicle & the parking lot is tight. The unit itself is extremely tight. My 16 year old stepdaughter was supposed to stay with us but ended up being invited with a friend, and I’m glad she didn’t come because there would have been no room for her. The unit was not cleaned well when we got there. We could hear the sand scraping against our suitcases when we set them down, and I had to sweep a good amount of sand. I understand that’s partially the nature of having a beachside unit but something to note. There is definitely mildew in the washer being a front loading washer. The entire building & unit are older & weathered. The primary bed/pillows were the most flat, uncomfortable bed that we have ever slept in. My husband has neck problems, and neither of us slept well the entire time we were there. We ended up leaving a night early to come home because neither of us were resting. We asked the owner for a refund for the night, and he declined. The top bunk bed did not had much less head space than a normal pair of bunks. My son slept on the pullout after 2 nights. No spices in kitchen.

Happy Place

This was our second stay in less than a year at this condo, so that should tell you how we feel about it. Great location for access to the beach, Eastern Lake and our favorite restaurants. The condo was clean and well kept. We’d be happy to return again.

Great place

We had an awesome time at Thomas’s place. It was clean, had awesome amenities, wonderful view, and location. They had lots of beach stuff available so we didn’t have to travel with as much. The chair and umbrella set up was awesome. It was baby friendly as we were traveling with our 6 month old. The place was clean and not overcrowded during this time of year. The beach access was great! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Seagrove condo

Property was perfect for the two of us in Seagrove. Great location with incredible 2nd floor gulf views and easy beach access. Condo was clean and well represented by online description provided. Condo complex was a little older and had some signs of wear and tear but wasn’t detrimental to overall stay. Would stay there again.
