Stunning and recently updated townhome at Regency Cabanas - steps from the beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This beautifully decorated townhome is generously equipped with most all of your vacation needs including a full size washer/dryer, BBQ, and beach cart, A1 is the perfect place to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.

The large, open kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances, expansive countertops, and a large centrally located bar for all of your cooking needs. Six barstools wrap around the bar where everyone can gather and talk about their day at the beach or simply help with cooking meals. Enjoy your meals around the beautiful dining room table that accommodates eight comfortably. Grab a beverage and chill on the back decks, nothing quite like enjoying your morning coffee while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.

After a delicious meal everyone can relax on the cozy couch and watch their favorite movie or sports teams on the large flat screen TV. Or step out onto the balcony and watch the waves roll in from the gulf. This place is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing.

On the main level is the first bedroom with a King bed and large flat screen TV. Just steps from the bedroom is a full bath with stand-alone shower. Upstairs the master bedroom is just down the hall with a King bed and a gorgeous private bathroom that offers a large garden, jacuzzi tub and an open shower built for two. After a long hot shower, take in some late night fresh air from the private, master bedroom balcony.

The two other guest bedrooms are on the same level. One offers a king bed and large, flat screen TV and the other has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with Twin Trundle. Perfect for the kids or singles. Down the hall is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Additional unit amenities include outdoor gas grill, complimentary high speed internet and convenient garage parking.

Property amenities include two outdoor pools and a dune walkover for easy beach access. Regency Cabanas is a gated community and is just minutes from entertainment, shopping and dining.

Great place to stay!
This was the perfect rental for our family. Plenty of space to stretch out after a long day at the beach. The pools were great for a break from the sand. And the enormous garage was perfect for keeping the sand out of the unit. The beach cart was a much used “bonus!” Thanks a ton.

We had everything we needed to prepare some of our meals at townhome. We also enjoyed watching a couple of movies one night all curled up on the sectional. I minutes walk to the beach made the stay just what we wanted!

Reviewer Comments: No TV in 4th bedroom (very disappointing for my kids), no side tables or dressers for the 4th bedroom (very disappointing for me because my kids had to live out of their suit cases), has all beach items that you need, i.e. chairs, umbrellas, cart, bags(we purchased and brought ours because the website didn't say it was included), has all kitchen items (but doesn't have enough silverware for 8 people), should have dressers and night stands on each side of beds in every room, should have more glass tupperware with lids for leftovers, called management company to ask if condo had a kuerig (was told no) so we brought ours and they do have an Insta Kuerig and blender and toaster (would've been nice to know all of this before we purchased and packed all the extra in our vehicle). Had sand flees biting in the 3rd and 4th bedroom. Washed linens everyday, but couldn't get them to stop biting (told company to spray). Kitchen and living area was perfect for family of 8. Would be nice to have a garage door opener instead of getting out of vehicle everytime you leave/come home. Had to buy hangers to hang our clothes for every bedroom. We left them for the next tenant. Loved the beach for 2 weeks. Loved the master bedroom shower/bathroom. No toilet paper holder in the master bathroom (not sure why)?? Gas grill in garage had zero propane. Went to grill and couldn't. Had to take the propane up to management company next day to get a refill. This should have been checked. Would be nice to have a hot tub. Both pools are cold (not heated). We spent $13,000 for 2 weeks. Should have been flawless and 5 star for this type of money spent.

All cookware and utensils plus double coffee makers, large refrigerator, and plenty of counter space. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas come with the unit along with two pull carts to haul stuff to the beach. Takes about two minutes max from unit to water's edge. Pools are large and very clean. Management was very responsive to our requests - thanks!! Only drawback are the "expensive" drapes that are quite complex to open - would recommend a less expensive set of curtains. Would absolutely rent again and highly recommend the unit .
