Recently built, vacation home. Far enough from the crowds, but close enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Great for large families. Features large pool and Fully equipped kitchen. Safe quiet neighborhood. Paved main road accesses the neighborhood. Home on unfinished dirt road. 10 min drive to the ocean. New, clean, comfortable home. All three bedrooms have air conditioning units. Home is private and you will have it completely to yourself. Quiet and safe. Far enough from town to be quiet and calm, but close enough for quick drive to beach or shopping. Lots of empty lots. New homes being built.
